There were a few drawbacks to using 4checks.
There were several complaints of hidden fees or fees that weren’t applied until the very last page before you pay.
These fees were usually for extra security features that are added to your bill by default, unless you uncheck the box.
They also have shipping fees for their checks.
Lastly, some customers have complained that the service when they called in was subpar.
While there were some negative experiences, it doesn’t reflect the company overall.

Placed an order for checks in April. They were supposed to be delivered within 2-3 weeks of order placement. Currently, it is turning into mid-July and I have not received a single check from them. I called them & this is where it gets real interesting. They say they have my order in their system (I paid in April), but the checks were never produced. I asked why not, which is when the so called “customer service” person started to snap at me. She claimed I needed to provide proof I paid them; clearly, this is something they should have on file and at their fingertips. Next, their representative screamed at me and I hung up. Their ad says 100% satisfaction guaranteed – yeah right. Stay well away from this scum, they will rip you off, just like they did me!
