The only drawback that can be said about the PickupFlowers.com and its services is that they do not provide a return policy page in their website. People will have to contact their live assistance or customer support in order to get their questions answered regarding this feature. You will want to keep this in mind as well since this has been mentioned quite a few times in the PickupFlowers.com reviews already.

I have used Pickupflowers twice.
The first time, I ordered flowers and a teddybear to be delivered in Tres Pontas, Brazil. The flowers were exactly the same as I had ordered. They were fresh and looking good. The teddybear was also the same as I had ordered. They delivered exactly on time and there were no unpleasant surprises.
The second time, I ordered flowers and a teddybear to be delivered in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. The experience was exactly the same as it was the first time.
My conclusion :
Pickupflowers delivers an excellent and reliable service. Next time I want to send flowers to other countries, I will turn to Pickupflowers. Recommended.
This company is not trustworthy at all , they have few different websites with different names ; do not fall for them . I Honestly do not know if its legit or not. but this company just collect my credit card info twice and NEVER DELIVERED my order. They finally refund me after two months and after many emails and phone calls .
First I tries Giftnidea.com and asked them to deliver assorted cookies to my boyfriend. My order was never delivered on Christmas day , they said they will deliver the day after but they never did , I asked for refund and they refuse . SO I told them if you do not refund me I will have my credit card company to do a charge back for me. Finally after that , they refund me after two months in February . Last week I ordered from Pickupflowers.com but at the time of ordering did not realize this is the sub company of Giftnidea. anyway again they did not delivered my order , last time I can understand it was Christmas they they were probably busy but last week ? was no occasion . Very bad customers service. There is bad reviews about them all over the internet.
Ordered flowers for my mom last week and it was made in advance but they still delivered late. Not only that, the flowers were sub standard and the vase was just filled with fillers and leaves. Not what you’d get for the price you paid for. Tried to escalate it to their customer service which was of no help at all and just got a response with that it was in their rights because it was written in their substitution policy. This is a rip-off company.

I’ve ordered 3 bouquets(orders 01792549, 01792548, 01792547) with delivery on May,05 to Munich airport. I have clearly mentioned the day and a time period when I need these orders. Thru LiveChat we have discussed with Sara (or Sheril, I’m not sure for the name) and I double mentioned the date and a time period. Then I had a call from the company with a request to change a colour for one bouquets. In this case they told everything will be delivered on time.
Then I’ve waited in the airport, but finally no one called me and I didn’t get these flowers at all. I have met my family without flowers and felt upset of it. Then, on May,06 thru LiveChat I have discussed with Nikki and asked return my money back. At the same time I wrote an e-mail to customer service with the same issue.
Then on May,07 I get a call from some airport stuff (SIXT car rental desk), that someone delivered flowers to them for my name. May,07!!! Sure I was not in the airport already. At the same date I get e-mails from DHL that some orders were sent on May,07 (!) for my name. These e-mais has tracking numbers as well.
I wrote one more e-mail to customer service about this issue and asked return my money back. But – silence from them. Then I get e-mail from CEO (i don’t know is it true or not, but it was signed as a CEO) with apologies and 20% for next orders. I replied that I do not need any discounts for next orders, I just want my money back at first, then I might think for future orders. Silence.
Live Chat on May,10 with the same issue – apologises and silence about money returning…
Very bad service and company! Very bad experience for orders and communications. Absolutely will not recommend it to anyone.
Be careful – they are cheaters.
I satisfied their services at first I thought it’s not legit because it’s delay my order to my daughter’s birthday. But She is very happy when She received it ..

I placed a major order 11/09/2016. I bought a flowered gift basket and cake for my mother for her birthday was on the 12th. They couldn’t ship the cake on time. So I cancelled that part of the order. My mother did get some flowers however it definitely is not what I paid for. She got the wrong flowers in a cheap vase. I want to say that this is probably not their fault because they work with vendors around the world and they are supposed to ship the product. I think that they need to tighten up their business relationships. Because what I payed for and what was recieved was a huge difference in price. When I asked my mother how did she like the flowers..she said yeah they are nice, I was wondering why she wasn’t more enthusiastic about them. Then she said..these flowers you bought me cost 8 euro out here….I said but I paid 65.00 usd for them. ( Complete rip off) I have spoke to their customer service…we will see what happens because I did ask for them to resend the right product or refund my money
I have never been so disgusted with a company who will promise you anything to get an order but once they have your money, negate on ALL responsibility. Promised Delivery of specific date which was crucial it must be this date & discussed at length with customer service team Presty and Krish who guaranteed me before ordering, then as soon as I ordered they emailed me right away to say they won’t deliver on that date. Offering no refund. Won’t respond to emails and numerous calls. Then when I do manage to get through, keep making promises but it’s just empty words. No integrity or honesty in this company and now my lawyer is on the case! They offered 10% refund which is not good enough. Lies lies lies! Please I’m warning you, save yourself the stress and runaround and deal with a genuine business! These guys should be shut down, they don’t even seem to care about their name and reputation. The manager was never available to speak with and the customer service team who took my order was the same ones receiving my emails and calls so i felt like they were covering it up. I would like to give the manager benefit of the doubt but he seems to be constantly unavailable and in hiding. Very disappointing as I am wanting regular deliveries overseas but Pickup Flowers are just taking people for a ride and when an issue arises, they don’t want to know about it. SCAMMERS!!!!! They should be ashamed of themselves. A lesson for me, I should have let it go and save myself all the stress and worry it’s caused me trying to chase them up but I believe other decent humans have the right to know what these people are like. I’m still shocked at how another human being can have no sense of morality- right and wrong! I am still waiting for refund for the goods and services promised but not delivered as agreed.
Please avoid these people at all costs. They need to be brought to justice!!
Pickup Flowers ruined my Valentine’s Day surprise.
They are scam. Same its not worth you pay and no response back. They dont refund so i asked for discount. They told that i will get confirmation but nothing yet and morover no discount they gave me yet. They are stealer and steal the money.

I recently ordered flowers through this company. First on the website it states total price with delivery and subsequently charge extra for delivery. I chatted on line and customer service had no answer. After I closed the chat, they offered my 15% discount which I did not see. I placed the order to be delivered in the prime location of Singapore. Delivery was not done in time with excuse unavoidable circumstances and too far. I sent many messages to customer service for discount promised. No reply so far. I have no feed back of quality from the recipient so far.
I found the company unprofessional and unreliable.
