Our banner was printed off center, seam was sewn crooked. We didn’t want grommets installed, we were lied to when they told us grommets were pre installed. Banner arrived with grommets installed over the image. Promised a replacement but they never shipped it, another lie.
Be warned about doing business with them and look elsewhere. THEY LIE!
Horrific experience. Ordered banners on April 30th for a function May 5th. Paid $189 for shipping with a delivery date on May 3rd. First communication was an e-mail on May 3rd at 7:30pm saying they had shipped and I would receive them on May 6th ( day after function ) Called and was told they would refund money, no explanation , no follow up, nothing, just oh we had delays. My problem was zero communication. Now May 7th and still upset so called again and was told oh you should have gotten an e-mail saying there was a delay in making them because of type of banner. I asked for time and date of that e-mail as I had received nothing ( including checking Spam folder ) Needless to say could not provide this information as there was no e-mail. they flat out lied. Used to working with professional companies on tight deadlines and rest assured will never ever use Banners on the cheap again. Their name should have given me warning!!
Ordered a banner because of their clam to ship within 24hrs. Well that is a HUGE lie. Ordered product on Monday and as of Friday its sitting on their loading dock still. My product will come in after i need it so why do i have to pay? If your in a tight turn around go some place else they wont have it done. They use the 24hr turn around to sucker you in. Called the help desk to ask what the hold up was, ryan had no response. I asked beings it hadn’t left the shipping dock if i could change the shipping address. That was a no. so beings im not no longer at a locating what happens? he had no comment. I will be fighting it on my charge card
The 24 hour turn around is an outright lie. Be careful submitting your credit card information to a site that lies right off the bat.
Our banners were printed wrong and it’s amazing that the HUGE mistake went through all their departments without someone putting a halt to the VERY obvious mistake. The customer service rep. admitted it was their mistake, promised to have it out in a few days, then he disappeared and we still haven’t received our banners. WEEKS later. We will only have them up for less than a week (after ordering them early) and they refused to replay when I offered to pay for expedited shipping to get them here earlier, even though it was THEIR MISTAKE and they should have offered to pay for it.
They used to be good, but they must have had a change of management because they aren’t the same company we used the last 2-3 years, and we definitely won’t be using or recommending them again. TERRIBLE company.
