The same has happened to me! I ordered a back issue and a 3 year subscription in November as a Christmas present for my husband. It is now January and I have yet to receive a thing.
The guy that always answers the phone tells me that they just changed logistics teams and I MIGHT be receiving my order this month. Not acceptable!
