Beware!! This is just one of many sites that takes your money and gives you nothing of value! About a year ago, I ordered a sewing machine from one of these sites. They charged my card immediately, never sent the machine and about a month later, sent me a pair of bootleg(fake) sunglasses. These sites never quite look as finished as the legit sites. Also, the old adage is true, if it looks too good to be true, it is!! After you give them your card, you can call customer service until you are BLUE and it’s still all BULL—-! This is big business scam! No one to appeal to, and you won’t get your money back. I saw one of these sites with an Amazon heading, so check this out with Amazon.
I placed an order 4 weeks ago and have not received any confirmation or correspondence on my order. My card was charged but I have no product in hand or any email with information on my order for confirmation or status. Have not received any follow up on my website messages or emails.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING BRIDAL FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! I purchased one bridesmaid dress to make sure I liked it before we bought all of my dresses, just in case. The dress was AWFUL. It was beautiful in the picture online, but once it arrived, it honestly looked like a ballet costume I wore in a recital when I was 4. Their website says nothing about return policy, just that it can be returned; however, when you try to return it, they tell you it was custom made (even though it is just a standard sized dress) and they can’t refund you the full amount. It then costs $30 to ship back, making it so that you get roughly $40 for a refund on a $120 dress. Obviously not worth it. I am selling it on eBay.
I received my items after two months. They resembled the items..mostly dresses shown on the website but lacked detail and the fabric was not flowing. Items were all too small. I did order a pair of gold sandals. They were perfect and comfortable.
I made a few purchases from this company, everything that I received was of very bad quality, 7 items in total at £107 not the size as stated, badly made and totally unwearable, on contacting Ericdress they offered a small refund £19 and for me to keep the items which were no good. I refused.
Ericdress then told me I could return items for refund, the cost of return I would have to pay was £36 having to be tracked return, Paypay were no help, would only refund amount on return of items. I then had no choice but to send items back, UK to China at £36 tracked delivery as proof of return.
2 weeks later after receiving contact from delivery company informing me after they had made several attempts, been unable to deliver as no one there to receive package and it would be returned to me, which it was.
Paypay had refunded my £107 and closed dispute so not able to make a follow up complaint and £37 still out of pocket and left with a bag of rags.
I wish I had come across this site beforehand and say to anyone thinking of buying from Ericdress don’t waste your money, feedback on there site looks all good but that is because anyone that has been ripped off is not able to leave negative feedback.
First of all, all the 5 starts comments are bots for sure, do not be a fool.
⛔️Secondly, I got a dress and waited for so long and when I wrote to them they said they were making one. ‼️I didn’t see any OUT OF STOCK sign.
I would never buy if the dress was not available because my engagement is coming and I have to make sure I have everything. But then after they took the money I had to wait, and of course it’s from China so it took ages. ⛔️As soon as I received the dress I started to cry how ugly and cheap is this. MY whole plans were ruined. I took pictures and wrote an email for return immediately⛔️. I bought if for $107.36 and what they offered me was $15 return because they made the dress for me. I was in shock. I can not even get my money back. I am still dealing with these scammers via email. Now they are offering $60. This is insane guys. What they are doing is finding good dresses online and posting them like it’s theirs. And when someone orders they are hiring cheap people to make the dress as cheap as possible. ⛔️ They literally told me ‘dress looks fine’ after my complaining. Crazy…

‼️‼️My days are hell, few weeks left for my engagement, I do not have will to look more dress, I can not get my money back. I am just lost.
⛔️Please be aware that all dress will be so cheap and if you are okay with this go ahead but if you don’t want anything this shady DON’T EVEN BOTHER going to their website.
⛔️Never trust a company if they are blaming the customer, not refunding or not trying to clear their pride but ruining the reputation even more.
‼️Amazon is the best experience I ever had, as soon as I write return they are returning in seconds. By them doing this they are keeping me shopping there. Because I feel safe.

Hello my name is Carmellia , I’ve ordered from Eric Dress on August 13, have not received my product as of today. September 2, 2019. I ordered this product for a event I was attending on my birthday which was August 28, 2019. I have tried to call but the number is not valid. I’m not sure what +84 is, doesn’t work from any landline I have tried. Now I’m completely disgusted with this company considering I’m a shoperholic , and love to try new companies. This is sad and displeasing to me. I am completely turned off. I feel like I’ve been completely walked on top of. I ‘ve sent my third email tonight before creating this message hopefully someone will return my email or perhaps even give me a call.
I would like to say that the whole process from order to receipt was excellent. It was easy & straightforward to order the dresses we wanted, then you kept me informed of each step from then on.The dress arrived exactly when they said.It was in excellent condition with no problems.I am pleased to recommend your company to others and have already done so.Thank you for the beautiful dress.

I ordered a $125 custom ordered dress in mid February and it has still not come. They never gave us our refund and SENT ME A KEYCHAIN! This website is fake and a fraud site.
They never sent me my dress but instead got sent a crappy keychain worth ¢1

I waited 2 months for 2 items and 3 months for the last piece, Unnacceptable They need to state they are in China. I will be ordering from the Stein App from now on.
I purchased a custom dress but it was not made according to the measurements I gave them. I couldn’t even zip it up. There was a 4 inch gap. They refused to give me a refund because it was “custom made”. They refused to admit that it was their error. I will never order from them again.
Please don’t be fooled into buying from ericdress!! Save your money and time. I bought a coat for my husband after carefully checking all the measurements on their size guide. It took six week to arrive from China and was three sizes too small and only passable in quality terms (nothing like the picture). They finally offered me an exchange if I sent it back to China and paid 17 dollars extra. I followed all the shipping instructions to the letter and now they say they haven’t got it so now I’m fighting them for the extra charge back ????. Great pictures but ericdress is an Absolutely awful company with no customer service and subpar quality. Save your time and money.
I see a lot of negative reviews about the time it takes to get their dresses. Apparently none of these people read anything about it when they were shopping, because it clearly states up to 3 weeks to PROCESS and up to 3 weeks to ship. Another complaint I see a lot is the sizing is all wrong. These people must be ordering their regular sizes. I looked at the measurement chart and found that what should be a small (normally) was actually a medium on this site. My dresses both fit perfectly. As for the reviews about “strings hanging everywhere”, what new outfit DOESN’T have strings that need to be snipped? All in all I had a great experience with these people and their product, and will definitely buy from them again!
I did not receive my product on time as promised from this site. The items I purchased were time sensitive, and now I am left emptyhanded, with no options for purchase. This failure will ruin a one time event for me and my children. I will never order anything from this site again, and will warn my friends and family of the same. Shame on you for not delivering! And, in addition, your tracking website doesnt work either. Another dissapointing failure.
This is a complaint about my order placed on 29 September 2016.
I had originally expected the items ordered, a suit for my husband and a dress from me, to be delivered before we left the country to fly to Manila (17 October).
The suit was needed for events on the 22nd and 28th, and the dress needed for the 28th.
Fearing that the items ordered may not get to the UK before we leave, I changed the delivery to an address in Manila.
My fear was right, the suit first appeared in Manila on the 24th (too later for my birthday party on the 22th). I finally had the packet in my hands on the 26th and was horrified to find that my dress was not in the packet!!!!!
I emailed you, eventually you replied, in the email it showed that the dress was somewhere near Manchester, UK.
I am now back home in the UK (8 November), the dress was never delivered, so I am requesting my money back for this item.
I will not use eric dresss again
