Trendy Butler did have a few things that I didn’t like.
First off, if you happen to live in Alaska or Hawaii, you can expect to pay some shipping fees.
While it’s not a large group of people, it will still affect a number of folks that live in these areas.
If you don’t know your sizes, you may spend a few weeks getting the right sizes sent to you, and have to deal with shipping them back etc.
Trendy Butler does want to make you aware of the fact that they might not send you a full outfit every month.
The idea is to add pieces to wardrobe and not necessarily a full outfit every month.
Lastly, TrendyButler.com doesn’t offer any refunds on their clothing unless the error is on their end.
You can cancel the service, but you will not receive a refund for the last month.

This place is a scam. Avoid.
First box was ok. After that, quality and style drop off and the boxes are always delayed. Exchanges take months and when you finally cancel and ask for a refund, despite returning all items unworn, they steal part of your payment. Avoid this company.

I’ve been with Trendy Butler from the beginning. And to say the least…”it’s been a rough journey”. But I’ve been patient and watched them make progress throughout the years. I’m not a shopper at all, and really enjoy Trendy Butler just handling it for me. Its not always perfect, but it works for me. If they could just get their website running at “real time” speed and make it current, that would be extremely helpful. Possibly invest some time and money into it would be a step in the right direction. I’ve always received one package a month. I’ve been looking for the option of getting two packages a month, but that hasn’t become available yet. So, that’s another thing that would be nice. There’s about a handful of things, that if they just did better….I think they would have a bigger clientele base. So for me….Trendy Butler is just average. Some things are ok….some things are not. Its primarily “designer” fashion clothes. Not outdoor working man clothes. Which would be another nice option for customers. Still many areas to improve on.

Awful model they employ. It should work but it just doesn’t. I filled out the web forms detailing what style I like, don’t like, etc. with one request, “please no sweatpants, ever”. In the one year I subscribed they sent me no less than 4 sweatpants and the return process is a royal pain, not as simple as they make it out to be. It is long in the exchange time and requires finding a location to send from. And no matter how many times you return the same type of item, notate it on your account or complain to their customer service they act like robots, apologize, send the return processing forms and then they ignore the issue only to do it again and again. The “concierge” is nothing more than a production line and the customer service is a total scam. Go look at all the complaints on the Better Business Bureau about them. Buyer beware and forewarned. Find a better service.

Trendy butler should be renamed Clearance rake butler they claim to sent you $165 worth of items for $65 PLEASE the crap they sent me look like something an illegal would only wear. They don’t pay attention to your style and just seem to fill the box with whatever they feel. Also after returning a box and then receiving items I told them I didn’t want they sent anyways so I emailed for another return label they replied sorry you can’t return items that are replacement items. WTF is that please don’t waste your money on this site bad customer service also.
The concept is great, but they do not have their act together. I signed up April 2017 and got 3 items. Two were incorrect, and I sent them back. They received them and said I would get two replacement items with my May order. It never happened. As a matter of fact, I never got my May, June or July order. Their Customer Service always responded to me with an excuse that things are on back order. Unfortunately, I had to unsubscribe. They were too far behind for me and I could not afford to charged each month and not get anything in return.

Never again clothes are cheap boxes are late still fighting over a refund .they kept sending same brand even changed my style profile. Yet still got same brand I didn’t like 5 boxes later still nothing I will wear . If I would the sizes are way off I’m 6’0 and wear an xl they would send things that were like med. Or it would say xl but actually xxxl (jacket past my knees and could fit 2 of me in it). They say they cant refund . Still fighting they want me to pay for things I will never wear. Bad business.
