Same complaints as everyone else. Company advertises fake products, takes money, then says oh well no refund. Makes empty threats of legal action(when none can be taken). Clearly Jeff Jurist (if this is even the real name of the owner) has a superiority complex. Shara Taylor LDT is the other name of the same business. stay far away form this scam artist. And, don’t fall for his threats. He couldn’t pursue legal action without exposing himself.

NEVER buy from this company. Rude and unprofessional salesman, Jeffrey Jurist. He refused to provide me a refund or exchange my $450 product that has not worked correctly after sending in back 4 times over the course of 1 year. The Tech Support Manager lied to me telling me they replaced the PC Board on the last repair, however I marked the original one before sending it in for repairs and the same one was returned. JJ bluntly told me that they are done dealing with me and that I should sell their unusable spy cam on eBay !!!
Spy Associates took my money for a defective camera and gave me a credit when I returned it. When I ordered another camera which was missing several components I was told either I or the supplier was a liar and they could do nothing for me and there was nothing more to be said, told me to go out and buy my own components to make it whole. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.
They’re legit, but their business practice I question. I recently submitted a review of one their products, and it wasn’t posted because it was a 2 star rating. It had to be approved by them and to save face, they chose not to post it. Funny thing is, they didn’t hesitate to post a 4 star rating from someone else that purchased the same product as I did. Go figure.
DO NOT BUY from this horrible company. AMAZON has most of they sell for 60% LESS.
I had a similar experience to the first commenter. Their website has double and triple listing of the same product or similar products for wildly different prices. When I found the camera I needed, I called the company to make sure the camera received audio and that it was a standalone camera. It took them more than two weeks to ship my camera because of “stocking issues” even though it was in stock when ordered it, and when it did finally arrive, it was not a standalone camera. When I called, I had to leave voicemail because no one picked up. I got a call back from the person who said he was the owner. When I tried to explain what happened, he called me a liar and an idiot. If you see something you like on their website, save the money, time, frustration, and insults buy the same product with the same name on Amazon.
