I am the owner of Castle Baths, and if you have ever needed to return something with me- you’d know my policy is not what is written above! I can not resale or use a returned item. I’ve actually only had 4 requested returns in 12 years. My business isn’t a large other people run shop. I am in charge and I work the customer service myself. Your return information is very outdated and very incorrect.
We have no hidden fees, if anything- I take lost because I want my customer happy.
I paid for a BBB accredited rating for many years. I finally decided I couldn’t afford it allowed it to collapse. I had a perfect score and I never had a complaint.
