I ordered $220 worth of merchandise… a hood of that amount was placed on my card. 5 days later when the merch was sent the charge was out in my card as well … now 7 days later they have not released the hold … I have received the merchandise and still both charged on my account 440!! I call they say it’s their policy and cannot be put back on until 7-10 days … merchandise is ok not great I was going to keep a couple prices and exchange one .. after dealing with their rude customer service i will be returning it all for a charge of 10.99 which I’m sure the hold thing will happen again .. but at this point I don’t want anything to do with this company and it’s legal but unethical practices… runnnnnn y’all runnnnnnn
Updated 3 minutes DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I would have read all these terrible reviews before I ordered. OMG I need 5 negative stars to review this company. I followed all instructions to return ill fitting, terribly made swimsuit within 15 days. They never sent a refund-said they sent an e-card. Did not receive it. I did not want an e-card. I wanted a refund. They refused even though all procedures were followed. I have been communicating with this company since July 2020! Now they can’t find the e-card but have refused to do refund or even issue a new e-card. FURIOUS?
Do not buy from this company. The quality of the merchandise is poor. If you have to return anything, they will charge you for all shipping (I paid over $16 and that was just regular shipping for a small order). They charge you a $9.95 fee to get a refund! Otherwise you have to get an e-card that only allows you to buy more of their shabby merchandise. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
“I placed my first order for a Kenneth Cole Tankini set with Swimsuits For All on 7/3/16 and paid an extra $21.99 for 2 day shipping because I needed a new suit by 7/8/16. My package arrived 7/7, but it contained 2 bottoms and no tops. I immediately called and reported the error and was assured they would send out the correct top right away. Another 7 days passed, still no top, so I called again, was placed on hold for 15 minutes and then told that they would not send my top until I returned one of the bottoms. The lady DID NOT tell me this when I called the first time. I tried to insist they send me my top and THEN I would return the extra bottom but he refused. I asked him why they would distrust a customer but expect that customer to trust them when they were the ones that made the error to begin with. I am returning everything and demanding a refund…out the $22 in expedited shipping already, and now I have to pay for return shipping to get my money back and not be trapped with an “in-store credit with this sorry-excuse for a business. They absolutely did not attempt service recovery at all.
They do not honor their coupons. They said I was getting 2 swimsuits for BOGO and sent me one and doubled the price and then said I got it for half price, even though the online price was still the lower price. They are not honest and I can’t recommend them. I called and she would not budge, just said “they figured” that they could convert buy one get one to half price after doubling the price after my purchase was already made.
If you aren’t happy and you send a swimsuit back, they do not give refunds, only credit to buy more on their site. But you aren’t protected from their dishonesty when you do that.
Be warned if you have to return a swimsuit to Swimsuits For All you will be out the shipping cost for delivery and the return (on average $15-20.) I love The Ashley Graham Bathing Suit Collection and decided to give Swimsuits For All a try. As many know, it is really hard to buy a bathing suit online without seeing it in person or trying it on. The suit itself was a bit pricey and then to pay $8.99 for shipping. I decided to give it a try because there aren’t many places you can buy this brand. I can’t say that I loved the top nearly as much as I had hoped, but decided to keep it. I then ordered a second swimsuit top and it did not fit well at all. When I inquired about the return I found out that I would have to pay shipping to return the suit and they would not credit the shipping to have it delivered. Essentially I was going to be out $15-20 with nothing to show for it. Keep in mind the tankini itself was only $30. Their website is misleading and makes it sound like you can print a prepaid return shipping label. This is not true unless you are willing to take a credit to your account. It would take a lot for me to ever consider purchasing from Swimsuits For All again. Trying to buy a bathing suit online is hard enough as it is and then to have high shipping cost and hassled returns. I will stick with reputable websites that offer free shipping and easy returns. Swimsuits For All has lost a customer pretty much right off the start!

Over Charged: I messaged the company twice about being charged $20 for shipping when the website advertised Free Shipping and have received no response. The cover up was cheaply made so I returned it along with the swimsuit and still not have NOT received my refund ($88). Buyer Beware. Company does not respond.

Beware…do not order from this company!!! I ordered swimwear and cover-ups from them on December 30, 2019. I paid international priority express shipping cost. The order never arrived and after contacting them three times, finally on January 17, they said the parcel never left the USPS receiving in Chicago, never went through customs and must be lost. They say they will reimburse me, but now my vacation is 4 days away and what do I wear to the beach next week? Well, that is not their problem, apparently. They will not send a replacement by courier, they will do nothing. Very poor customer service. Will never use this company again.
I have been shopping with Swimsuits For All, and their many related companies (Woman Within, Full Beauty, Roaman’s, King Sized, Brylan Home, etc.) for years now. I swim a lot and purchase a LOT of suits. I have never once had a return problem until now. I purchased 3 swimsuits in the size I regularly buy. Every single one of them were FAR smaller than the same exact suit, same exact size as I had previously purchased. I sent them back for an exchange. Got the replacements: one of which was just as bad sizing wise. I returned that one for a store credit, which now I will never use. That was a month ago.
Today I received all three of the original suits back in the mail with a note saying that they were “old/worn merchandise” and were refusing the return…AFTER they had already charged me for and shipped the replacements. Called customer service wanting to know what the hell was going on. I was told that they recently changed their return policy from 90 days to 60 days, and apparently in the chaos of the holiday season I missed this new deadline by a couple of days. I own a retail store, it was December. It didn’t occur to me to check and see if they changed their return policy. I was told by “Eric” that a lot of this has been happening, but too bad, nothing can be done. Oh, and “Sorry for the inconvenience.”
I guess each and every time I make one of my many purchases from any of these companies, that I must thoroughly read every bit of their website to be sure they haven’t changed their policies. I have been regularly buying about 80% of my clothing from these companies for about 10 years now. I swim about 4 times a week and go through bathing suits fast. I can’t begin to guess the number of times I’ve recommended Swimsuits For All to people at the aquatic center. I’ll be letting everyone one of them (some who started shopping with them) know that this is NOT a reputable company any more.
Great job Swimsuits For All! Not only have they lost a long time customer of ALL their brands, I will be canceling all of their branded credit cards and will be certain to spread the word that none of these companies can be trusted.

Exchanges are not simple. You have to purchase another suit. I opted for a return I paid freight back myself and wanted the money returned to my paypal account. They will not refund money to paypal only credit cards. So they came me a credit for 50.oo dollars they deducted return freight from my credit even thou I paid the return freight so I am out $67.00. Do not use.
Don’t try to get your money back…store credit only!! If there is a flaw in the suit and you have worn it, you’re out of luck, they will not let you return/exchange it because it has been worn. Their customer service is terrible. I called and was told they would exchange a flawed article (it was only worn a handful of times, and was under 60days return policy.) I didn’t have the return slip from the packaging, she said she would email it but it would take 3-5 days for me to get. Day 7 and the email still wasn’t here so I called. I was told I would not be getting exchange or store credit. They offered to return 15% to me. Great I get 15% off something I can’t use.
Very poor customer service. Will never order from them again. Still waiting for swimsuit I ordered online the 12th of November. Today is the 25.
Very difficult return experience. So far, I’ve made multiple calls and emails to customer service. The suit I purchased was very poor quality. Stretched out as soon as it got wet so the top didn’t stay up.
They didn’t recognize their own tracking number, asked me for item info when it was there with the order number that I provided. Still waiting for a credit.
Order consisting of 3 swimsuits did not arrive. My order date was March 30, 2017. It’s already May 14, 2017. The last info per order tracking said it was already processed and shipped as of April 4.
