Paid for 52 issues (4 years) of a magazine, but received only 39 issues (3 years). Website nor phone calls do not respond to my complaint.
I ordered a subscription from them and almost a year later received NOTHING.
They did not respond to any email customer service requests.
I told them in my last email last week that if they did not reply I would report them to the BBB as a scam site (which I did).
Within a week they have removed their website and have evaporated.
They will likely re-constitute under a different name and continue to steal money.
They are thieves.
Owner died. Will not be opening another site 🙁
