There had been many complaints however of customers paying and not receiving their items even after a month of waiting from Dresslily.com. Many of them chose the standard shipping option and that they were instead advised to pay for premium shipping to have their items delivered.
Aside from that, the company does not have a Better Business Bureau accreditation. They currently hold an F rating from the site which is probably because of the negative DressLily reviews they received.

Ordered a blouse in Jan. 2017..still haven’t received it. I sent emails. They told me to check the post office…I’ve never had to check the post office for any of my deliveries. I’ve ordered from them before with no problems, so not sure why they’re ripping me off now. It takes SO LONG for their stuff to come to you but I’m a patient person. The final email they sent me said sorry your order has expired… I’ll never shop there again!
Ordered a jacket in early October that still has not arrived. Attempted to check on status twice and was told it was out of stock but would be shipped in 10 to 15 days. Checked again today and was told they had already replied to my inquiry and that it would still be 10 to 15 days more. I will not be shopping with them again.
Bullshit company. Don’t have what they say they have. Chat reps lie as the ship date moves forward time and time again, in spite of the fact that the ordered item is not available at all.
I should of followed my heart and belived in the negative reviews because they are true. The dresses are truly inferior, cheap, ugly and poorly made. I shop on line frequently and the products are always what I expected. But DressLily is the worst by far. just plain awful. Please take note of the reviews they are true. Save yourselves a lot grief and do not buy from

Bought 2 dresses. I only received 1 and i Ordered it 2 months ago. The dress that I ordered was way too small compared to others I’ve bought online of which I’m always true to size. Don’t waste your money on DressLilly. They’re con artists!!!
I’ve tried 3 times to place my order the first time by pay pal on 9/9/17, second and third time by credit card on 10/1/17. But each time there is no confirmation that the payment was received. I do not need to be billed 3 times? .Only charge me once for my order of 5 wigs.

HUGE SCAM ON THEIR SIZING ISSUE Absolutely NO RETURNS on Swimwear, Lingerie, Earrings, Discount Items, etc. – Even if you went by their sizing on each individual outfit.
HUGE SCAM AND HUGE MISTAKE. I purchased bathing suits for a trip. I was thinking, hey, if they didn’t fit, then I can just return them as the stores in my area never have my size. I looked at EVERY single bathing suits measurements and their sizings listed as I know that each and everyone might be different. Got the purchase and NOT ONE FIT!!!! I was appalled as I used my seamstress measurement for my size. I couldn’t fit not one over my thighs. When I went to tell them this, they kept defaulting me back to their policies, but they were always unclear to me. I finally just asked if I would be getting a refund on my items if I returned them. They offered me points. ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? If the swimsuits didn’t fit, NOT ONE, based on my sizing and their measurements, why would I want to buy from them again. WORST SERVICE EVER. DON’T BUY Swimsuits, Earrings, Lingerie of any sorts, because they can’t sell it. That must be why they provide the items to you with no tags on. THIS IS A HUGE SCAM. Don’t buy into it.
I love DressLily! Especially after being duped by another seemingly similar website. I have ordered 5 different times from this website; clothing, watches, home decor, even cosmetics, and have NOT been disappointed! I always use Paypal (which initially gave me extra peace of mind.) I will use DressLily for Christmas gifts this year!
I haven’t received a dress I ordered. I have tried to reach them no answer no response, the site says my email is wrong on and on. Do not buy I am out 22$. My own fault for not checking the reviews.
If you want to buy online don’t do what I did. I didn’t check the ratings of dresslily.com It was really bad. Next time I order online I’m checking the ratings.
I have a good shopping experience with Dresslily. Their customer care team are friendly and responsive.
I purchased 2 tops and one pair of sweat pants from them. The one top was ok, but the second one is cut wrong, and I’m still trying fix it–the neck line curls inside out and looks terrible–don’t go by their pictures–the quality just isn’t there. The sweat pants had to be taken up a foot. I’m 5’7″ which means it was made for someone 6’7″–How many women do you know that are that tall? The pricing is cheap, but I’ve seen better made clothing at 5 below.
I ordered from dresslily two months ago. It is January 16th and I still have no product. I am very disappointed that I get no answers, phone number does not work, and I cannot talk to a live person. I will no longer support this company or order from China again.
I have ordered a producted from another company and the same thing happened, however I did finally receive the package.
Lesson learned here is check to see where your products are being shipped from.
