Delivery within the UK is free, however, I found that the shipping to the rest of the world had a cost.
This is understandable because their warehouse resides in the UK.
The farther away from the UK you are located, the higher the shipping cost will be.
Their return policy is only 14 days, but it starts from the day that you receive the item.
Although that is a short time, for most customers it won’t be an issue.

Great quick efficient service. Sadly shoes did not fit so I had to return them. Fantastic Coach quality though. I was refunded quickly on their receipt of shoes.

I had ordered a pair of shoes for my mom on there. I should have looked elsewhere but she really liked them. I put in my order on 3/3/2021. A few day ago literally. On the site it says orders dispatch within 3 to 4 days. I went to check the status last night and it showed they are not being dispatched til 5/3/2021! I immediately tried to cancel since it had only been a day and half and their policy stated you have 14days to cancel. It wouldn’t let me. I emailed them and instant chatted them who said they couldn’t cancel because it’s in the processing stage and it’s not going to dispatch in may. I received an email after the chat that says it’s going to be delayed and they don’t have a dispatch date. So which is it? I haven’t even gotten the order yet and the experience has been dreadful! I went to another site and found the identical shoes for 45 dollars cheaper! This company is horrible! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM….BEWARE!
Purchased a pair of Coach shoes (not cheap) from this “company” and I use that term loosely! After having them on my feet for one day, the sole came apart from the shoe itself. Phone number doesn’t work, they didn’t reply to my emails so eventually got them on Twitter. They asked for pictures which I sent, then wanted more of the soles to make sure i hadn’t done the damage myself (only had them a couple of days) and then when they were happy with the pictures after relentlessly requesting more pictures, they said they needed to contact the brand directly before I could return them. I cannot understand how that has anything to do with me! Obviously, that’s their issue to take up with the brand, I purchased from All Sole, not Coach. Absolute joke of a company, AVOID!! And before you (All Sole) send me your apologies and tell me to contact you via my account IT DOESN’T WORK, I’VE ALREADY TRIED THAT SEVERAL TIMES!

Comparing to other online retailers who facilite the return process by putting directly a prepaid postal coupon in your parcel, with Allsole you firstly need to contact the customer services to get a return number. Then you need to print out the return formulary and cut a piece of the label to affix to the parcel…. at the end it will cost me 79.00 dollars to send them back from USA.
I paid $84.43 for the rain boots and I’d like to return because they didn’t fit me, but having to pay almost the same amount to return them it is outrageous!
Allsole disrespects their customers.
Run miles away from this online store.
I ordered shoes on 12/26/18 and received an email stating that the order had been shipped on 12/27/18 and would arrive between 1/4/19 to 1/14/19. It is now 1/20/19 and the order still hasn’t arrived. However, allsole did charge my credit card. I’m disputing the charge. Tried to follow up but there is no valid method to track the orders from the US. I will never order from this company again.
I order boots with this company on the 20th June. They’ve had my money since then. Today the 9th July I received an email saying they couldn’t fill the order. The site showed shipping with 2-5 days.
This is the second time on the site this has happened. Not worth every going back. Especially when they keep your money for other 3 -4 weeks by the time it comes back to me.
