They steal your money when your order from the website.
I was unknowingly charged premier delivery, and asked for the cancellation the next morning as I found out ASOS had charged me, but by that time the shipment was in progress.
The entire situation and the pushback I’ve received is ridiculous.
I did not ask for the charge but was automatically charged.
The company can reimburse me, simply wont admit to the mistake and refuses to.
