The only drawback that can be said in this BuildASign.com review is that the company has problems with handling their customers at this time. Many previous clients have complained about their customer service team didn’t handle their issues as befitting them. Some have also complained about refunds not yet being received despite the agreed upon date by both parties. You will want to keep this in mind when dealing with the BuildaSign.com.

BUILDSIGN falsifies their information. I have ordered through them for years and every time ran into the same issues. Finally, I realized what they are doing. I order my signs; the next day receive a notification that my order was shipped (within their promise of 24 hours). Whether paying for rushed service or not, I do not receive my orders on time. I make numerous attempts to find out when my RUSHED order will arrive. I wait, and wait, always late mostly weeks of waiting.
Every time I have attempted to track my orders, the tracking numbers don’t work. The links are not correct. This time the rep told me my link won’t work and to use the one she just sent me (a whole new tracking number). Now I may not be the brightest, but if my order had gone out already, it would already have a tracking number already ON the package (hence the one that doesn’t work). How can the package with an original tracking number already be shipped out and, on the road, and then a NEW tracking number be printed and adhered to that box (what truck would it be on when the driver does that? Because the original tag on the package now needs the new tracking number to be attached and to match. (Duh).
And, the last I had seen through the tracking app that the CS rep sent, it had sat in the next city over for two days. Going back in again to see if it finally left the town over, that tracking number had been voided out.
My signs needed to go out this week and especially before this weekend. This false advertising from Build-a-Sign has happened every time I have ordered. Tracking numbers are bogus, they never work because BS (yes, BS) does not send out the correct tracking numbers for them (my guess is purposefully). They get people to order because they promise prompt 24 hour shipment yet falsify the shipment date, tracking numbers, and delivery dates. I cannot order from a company that does this kind of thing as my business, my revenue depends on my advertisement and Build a Sign provides false advertising. FYI: I get orders from China faster than this.
