Their website said free shipping. I typed in my order, and noticed a shipping charge. I emailed the company, they wrote back, asked my zip code, and said it will be fixed. It was, so I placed the order. A week and a half later, no shirts, so I looked into the delay. They emailed back, said they couldn’t get one shirt, would one less shirt be okay? I said OK, the shirts arrived, I had ordered XL, received medium. I tried to email them multiple times, now that they got my money they forgot how to write back. The only phone number they have gives a recording telling you to use email. What a rip.
BuyCoolShirts is awful to work with. They sent my 2nd shirt separately which was fine but tried to use the same tracking number as the 1st shirt. Communication in getting this resolved was like talking to a wall as well as the fact that no one answers the phone, only a recorded message. When I did receive my 2nd shirt it was not made correctly. I emailed them once again and of course no one is contacting me at all now.
