I have had four pictures done and am very pleased with Canvas world!!!! In fact I just sent in another order!!!!
Was shocked to find they don’t offer custom print sizes which nearly every online printer does and most shocking, no options for 18 x 24 which is one of THE most universal poster sizes on the planet.
Canvas world did a horrible job on my group picture taken at the beach. They blew up the picture so the people are HUGE and the background of the beach, sand and sea oats can’t be seen. If you look at the picture, it could have been taken anywhere! They blew it up so big that the people on the ends are wrapped around the sides. They said that is the best they can do…..did offer a refund if I wanted to deal with the hassle, but it was an anniversary gift, so I just kept it….
No one responded to my email concerning large wrinkles in my print due to poor mounting on the frame!
