5 days after paying for order and Cellular Outfitters has not bothered to ship the products ordered.
It’s a scam.
Take the money and run operation.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 10 cases for my employees cell phones and only one came in the mail. I waited thinking it will come later but it never did. I reached out to them about the issue and they asked to see the packaging. Who keeps the packaging in this era of E commerce? Nobody who isnt a hoarder. This is clearly their tactic to take advantage of people. Never ever ever order anything from this company unless you want to be extremely frustrated and a few hundred dollars short on a product. Good luck
I cancelled my order same day and they still sent it just reduced shipping cost I didnt want it

Terrible customer service tried cancelling my order the same day due high shipping costs. they offered a reduction and sent my order anyways even though i cancelled it. Tried calling customer service and phone number never worked Now i am waiting to see if i even do get my order

Cellular Outfitters took my money and never shipped my order. They are a bunch of scammer and thieves!!! They won’t take incoming phone calls because they are moving to a new location. Bull! Don’t send any money to these people. They won’t sent your order and they won’t answer you.
The same situation as I read in past reviews. I didn’t get a total until the order confirmation came to my email! I Never would have paid $9.97 for shipping on a $14.00 order. They stated on their site that the products I ordered would leave the warehouse that day. They Did Not!!! My order was sent from two separate warehouses according to my confirmation and it took 10 days to receive my screen protectors that Did Not fit!! Their phone system doesn’t work so I emailed them. I was told I would receive a refund on part of my order and Did Not!! It seems as if there are enough dissatisfied customers here giving poor reviews and that have been ripped off by this company that I am going to look into filling a class action lawsuit. Despicable how they have ripped me off!!!!

Sorry to say I was taken by this company to. Exactly what everyone is saying is true. Sneeks in s&h once order Is finale and on your account. Still trying to get refund on order I didn’t receive. Richard is fighting me over order of $1.99 item that was slipped into order (piece of junk) which I didn’t want or need. I will file a complaint with attorney general of this county in California and consumer protection agency. I hope other people will do the same. Worse company I ever did business with.
DON’T SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!
Dec 15 2017 – Can only report that things went awry with a phone wallet I ordered possibly due to a change of mind but Paul David there went out of his way to try and get things to me soonest and though his system seemed to resist his correction he has always very civil and when the item was disappointing when it finally arrived weeks overdue he refunded everything except s and h, and was always helpful and responsive, so I think they do their best to correct anything their system, gets wrong with a huge volume of orders.

Glad I checked the reviews before ordering. If I can’t get a total cost including shipping I don’t charge confirm payment. Just wish I would have checked before shopping. That is an hour of my life I will never get back

Same experience. I received wrong sizes for all my orders. I returned these items for a refund. The initial charge was for the items $23.47, plus $1.70 sales tax and $8.33 for shipping and handling. They said they will refund me only $23.47 for the cost of the items. Well, what happened to the $1.70 sales tax? They should refund me the sales tax as well. They refuse to refund the sales tax. No stars. This company is not legit.
This company is the worse ever! Paid 11.95 to ship 2 batteries (which is very expensive) and it took 11 days for arival. Wrote them several times for shipping confirmation and for cancel this order and received a message 3 days after my email was sent!! Then they said they will refund me 4 dollars for the delay and thats it…. what a joke. Companies like this shouldnt even have 3 stars as a review. They rip people with sipping prices and then they ship straight from China!!
I ordered a $19 cell phone case and paid over $6 for shipping. Ordered on 2/21 and as of 3/6 have still not received my case. Sent emails and the answer is always it was shipped. How — by Pony Express. Where to – have no idea. For the prices they charge for delivery, it should come in two days.
Also, about a week after I placed my order, the credit card I used was compromised by someone in Brazil. Fortunately, my credit card company declined the charges and canceled the card. It is very suspicious that I made no other on-line charges using this card and only used it at local, reliable stores. I think this company is a SCAM. I will not do business with them again. I suggest if you are considering ordering from this company, you read all the reviews. Their prices are not worth the aggravation and hassle. Plus I may never receive my case or a refund. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company.
Very deceptive shipping costs. A new window pops up having the shipping cost to your purchase after you pushed the complete my order button. The questions that this site asks are slightly deceptive. Is this a legit business yeah they’ll send you a product and that you paid for. But I see a lot of people not receiving the right product or not receiving the product in a timely manner shipping is another problem return are almost impossible they’ll never legitimately accept the return it’s always somebody else’s fault. I would run screaming from this family-orientated business
It added an extra 10 dollars to my 5 dollar order and It has been 45 says and I ordered it the same day as my iPhone and my iPhone been here and my order isn’t
