Reading through customer experiences, I was able to find one drawback. Apparently, some sellers who have posted listings on Condo.com either didn’t receive any hits or their listing didn’t show up. This was due to some technical issues, but it would seem that the experiences with buying and selling are varied.

I “bought” leads from this company and they did NOT do what was promised. I was supposed to receive 20 leads and received 17, although one was a duplicated lead (EXACT SAME NAME, & EMAIL & PHONE NUMBER.)I HAD SENT THEM AN EMAIL ABOUT IT, BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY. It is months later and I still haven’t received the additional 4 leads that I PAID FOR. Consumers should be made aware that the information on this site is NOT ACCURATE. They will post information from several years ago with AVAILABLE AND SOLD PRICES. DO NOT REPLY ON THE ACCURACY OF INFORMATION FOUND ON THIS SITE.
Nobody returns the call, for more than 20 days
I moved to New Mexico a couple of months ago. Recently I had noticed a condo for rent and contacted them many times with excuse of no agents available. I finally got a text telling me there was not an agent and good luck with your search. I am property manager and this kind of business is appalling. The game’s name is “Emily”. I would never recommend your company.
