Items arrive fast and secure. I’m a collector and every little detail including small scratches and dents matters to me. Boxes have to be perfect and items have to be flawless. I’m a serious collector. I decided to try http://www.diecastmodelswholesale.com after being fed up with some other companies’ damages and defects which I kept receiving. I can tell you that my first order was for three 1/18 scale cars and three of 1/64 scale cars. All items arrived extremely fast and in perfect condition,
each was wrapped in bubble wrap to protect from damage. All six boxes were perfect. These guys are my new suppliers.
These guys are the best. My package arrived earlier than expected. Safe and fast shipping. All items were bubble wrapped. Will recommend it to anyone, no questions asked.
Bought many items from DCMW in the past without issue. Purchases, mostly Torino’s and old Mustangs, have always arrived on time and in good condition. Where I would caution is purchasing models from the American Muscle collection. I have had one car, a Dodge Charger, fall apart as I opened the display carton, which is what I get for trying to mix Mopars with Fords. Just joking, kind of. The other, a Mustang, had broken front suspension, which I was able to easily repair. Since both cars were discontinued items, there was little DCMW could do according to their returns policies. Moral of this story is buy American Muscle Diecast AS SOON AS it comes available! Aside from that, I continue to buy from this company, but only buy Ford Torino’s from American Muscle collection. They have all been perfect.
My daughter ordered a $50 gift certificate from this site on Nov 30, 2020 for a Christmas gift for her father.
She never received this gift certificate in her email
We contacted Diecast Models to cancel this order and ordered from a different site and received that gift certificate right away
Diecast models said the could not cancel our order and said they emailed certificate to my daughter
They did not!!!!
I had filed a dispute with my Bank and Diecast will not respond to them
Yesterday I emailed yet again to have certificate emailed to my email since they respond up me
Their response was that my order # is ‘In Despite’ but they will not respond to my bank
Do not trust this Company, they will steal your money !!! I have emails/paperwork to back up my claim
I ordered multiple items in two different orders and was very happy. The orders arrived in more than a timely matter exactly as ordered. I don’t know who is packing these orders for them but they have got “mad skills.” It appears to be custom boxes made for each order. All the cars have many very slight imperfections but nothing the average person would notice. Most direct online retailers with the best pricing and shipping tend to offer better pricing because of their bulk buying of products with slight imperfections. I’m very satisfied and find the pricing outweighs the imperfections that can be cured if I choose to carefully open the box and fix them.
I recently placed an order for my son for Christmas never received the item,called customer service several times with no response also emailed them 2 times with still no response. I can’t believe the lack of professionalism from this place. Stealing money and not sending the item.

I wish I would have looked this company up before purchasing – this was my first purchase and will be my last. I ordered 3 cars. Unfortunately, the package was delivered to the wrong address. I do understand that this is not particularly their problem, however I have had this issue before in the past and found many companies sympathetic and helpful. Customer service let me know they shipped to the address specified and there was nothing else they could do. Thankfully my package went to a house a few doors down and it was brought to me 2 days later. Of the 3 cars I ordered 2 came with broken side mirrors. I didn’t bother contacting customer service seeing how helpful they had been already. I am sure these models can be purchased elsewhere and this company certainly encourages you to; they gave me no reason to come back or recommend purchasing from their site.
back to the future 3 deloreans. arrived damaged. I mean the product was packed damaged. The shipping packing was just fine, the product had been smashed *before* it was packed. Absolute nightmare trying to get it replaced. Talked with Walmart 3 times, details provided again, promised a shipping label that has never arrived, tried calling Diecast myself, no call back.
VERY disappointed with the product itself from just looking through the broken packaging. Cheaply made, plastic parts, hot wheels quality at best.
Got this email – notice “From”, also no contact info, no sender identification of any kind. Walmart said to just reply to the email. Seriously?

This company has a very expensive policy that is not obvious when ordering.
I ordered a Covette model – it was never out of the box and I asked if I could exchange it.
I was told there would be shipping both ways, which I expected to pay and also a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping – $20. plus $32.50. =
$52.50 to return (or exchange) a $145. item.
I feel I have been well and trully ripped off and will never deal with these horrible people again.
Needless to say I will return this model and re-order from another company
