I tried to order something from dresslink for Halloween, so ordered it with their 4-7 day express delivery at the end of September to allow extra time to find something else if it didn’t work. A few days after my order (after it should have ALREADY SHIPPED), I received an email saying that my order was out of stock but that they would have a new order in 5 days – side note, their email was very unprofessional and full of typos and confusing sentences. Over a week later (almost 2 weeks) I reached out again to see when my order would be shipped and they STILL hadn’t restocked and didn’t know when they were going to restock. At this point it had been almost a month and I still didn’t have the product and it was clear I was not going to receive it before Halloween. I asked to cancel my order and to receive a refund, after a week of waiting for my refund I sent another email saying that I had not yet received my refund and asking when I would get it and they said it had already been placed into my account (WHICH IT HADN’T). I responded to their email and never heard back. I finally got the refund today, and I will NEVER use dresslink again. This whole process was a headache and not worth the time put in. It was very clear that they don’t care about their customers and are just trying to get money!
I purchased $110.00 worth of merchandise from them and then I receive an email asking me to send a copy of my ID and a copy of my credit card REALLY after they took my money or they wouldn’t send me my items

I ordered FINGERLINGS for my granddaughter in Sept – Advertised as Fingerlings – showing 9 to 15 day ship time — no where did it show that the items would be shipping from China – the ship time turned into 30+ days. They shipped a totally different brand than advertised — I went to their service department and she said they were the same thing but a different brand — I ask for my money refunded because they were not what I ordered – they were also shipped in a plain envelope and were squashed – one item did not work at all — I kept insisting on a refund and she started by offering $2.00 and then $4.00 and then $10.00 and then quit responding to my emails – so …… $40.00 transaction for something I didn’t order and one doll didn’t work at all was a total SCAM — I, obviously would not order from them again and certainly don’t recommend.
