Although they are a legit and trusted website today, it would still be of much use if they had a BBB accreditation or a good rating under the agency. The reason for this is because a good standing with a reputable company GiftsnIdeas.com such as the Better Business Bureau will see to it that the company is backed up by a reliable source. As of now, the Gifts N Ideas reviews from the agency have yielded only an F rating with no BBB accreditation as well.

False advertising! Be wary of photos in this site. It is dubious enough that the items in the gift baskets are not itemized. When it gets delivered it is not the same as you ordered.
I ordered from Giftsnideas, not having done my research into reviews about this website. BIG MISTAKE! I ordered a same day delivery for an interstate birthday and at the end of the day received a phone call saying they were out of stock and wanted me to confirm ALL of my details again over the telephone including Credit Card number and my partner’s details (irrelevant) which i refused to do. They declined to offer a refund – i pushed them and they finally agreed to refund. It is now 11 days later and still no refund. Got in touch with the customer service dept today who stated it will take an additional 8-10 business days to receive a refund. This is simply unacceptable, and appears to be a SCAM SITE. I would not recommend to others to use this website.
I would give them even less if I could. They will take your card info then say there’s a fraud alert and try and scam your drivers license or passport info to ‘process’ your order. But they already took your money. Then good luck with customer service getting it back. I got with BBI who they couldn’t even answer for 4 months if that shows you anything. Lied same stuff they just repeated to me but I had screen shots to prove my claim. Still under dispute what a hassle. Stay away.
had placed my order 15 days in advance to ensure that the birthday -gift basket would arrive on 20th of Nov. I was ensured by Amy, Mary, Krish and Sam. Getting lip service from the Agents. The Gift has yet to arrive, now they estimated on Monday 23rd of November 2020. They are refusing to give me a full refund or cancel the order. Its not my mistake that they do not know how to estimated delivery timings and schedules. They have offered at 15% refund. What is money, then hearing or seeing the joy of your love open a present on their birthday. Based on the customer service received for 2 days now, its the worst I have ever dealt with. I will never order anything from this company again. Reading my chat messages, saying sorry we will check. We will update you. If and when it comes, the issue, ITS Late! Ms. VERY UnHappy -Marian
I ordered 1 kg chocolate cake with chocolate ganache toping but, they delivered Chocolate cake with cream toping and chocolate decoration which is comparable to much cheaper cake on their website. The cake they delivered looks so ugly and very cheap, unlike picture of my order on website.
Orders do not show up on the correct delivery date.
Awful experience with Giftsnideas. Quite dodgy.
