The absolute best aspect of GoldStar has to be the ease of use – on top of the half -priced tickets. GoldStar actually gets you excited to attend an event and plan for future events. It allows you to browse through all of the events or search for a specific one. You can also search through events by filtering them by category, choosing which part of the country you want, and even search for a specific time frame for events. GoldStar really transforms the process of waiting in line or paying full price for tickets, into a quick, modernized way to save time and money – leaving more time to enjoy together and more money to spend on each other.
Buy Together, Sit Together
GoldStar.com is great for purchasing individual tickets or couple’s tickets, but it is also ideal for groups. When you purchase group tickets together they automatically are next to one another. GoldStar is optimized for mobile use. If you are out of town, you can easily search on your phone for events nearby and reserve yourself a spot.

It has a social media design to it. You can ‘star’ events and opt to be notified ahead of time about up-coming events in your area or the other places you have starred. Some people are more private and others enjoy sharing the event experience. Either way, you can read through a GoldStar.com review from another member that attended the specific event in the past or leave a GoldStar.com review of your own for other members to consider.

The tickets are not all delivered by mail or electronically sent by e-mail. For some events, your name gets added to the ‘will-call’ list when you order the tickets. To redeem the tickets, all you have to do is show your ID at the venue before the event and you get the tickets you already paid for. This is actually a great option for those who tend to be forgetful.

GoldStar.com is set up so that you have to sign up through your email, but it is free.
They will send you notifications of events in your community that you may not have known about.
This is a way for customers to discover different things to do where they live, or where they may go visit.
In some cases, you may not be able to pick the exact seat.
For example, a school play may not have a specific seating arrangement, so you would find out where you are sitting when you get there.
In most of those cases, the venues would still offer a good view.
GoldStar customer support is available through email 5:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. EST and their response time is fairly quick, usually within a half hour.
If you do need to talk on the phone you would first need to send them your number through the email.

Their customer service sucks!
You can get reasonably priced tickets but if you need assistance you are screwed. They either don’t get back to you at all or not in a timely manner.
I lost a lot of money because of their incompetence and would not recommend their service to anyone.
Sadly Goldstar doesn’t deserve a single star and definitely nothing gold.
What I really like about this site goldstar is the certain events they have where you can’t find anywhere else! Good options on local events too that I love being able to attend on the weekends.
