Man i was super upset with my order. It was late and i could not even activate it. Since it was reported lost or stolen. 500 dollar paper weight. I couldn’t believe it.
I bought iPhone 7 a month before from them. It feels like a brand new mobile. It has been a month of using it and I really got what I wanted. I was scared to try refurbished initially, but now I am really satisfied and happy with what I’ve got.
Jem Jem. Is a criminal organization, they should be removed and shut down and disassociated with any Apple product.
They do good customer service when they are available.
I bought a refurbished MacBook Air in july for my grand daughter for Christmas. I just unpack it this week. The Mac wouldn’t work. I called Jensen and told them it didn’t work. The supervisor told me there was nothing they could do since I purchased it in July even though you could certainly tell if the Mac had been used. In other words, it didn’t work when they shipped it, they scammed me!!! Now I have to pay to fix it if it can be fixed. Take my advice and do yourself a favor, stay away from this company, they do not stand behind their product.

I bought few ipads for my kids there. One order had issue with the screen after a week or so. I couldn’t get a hold of them over the phone,(I called on weekend), so I emailed them. Got reply back on Monday and they apologized they only open from Monday thru Friday till 3PM PST for customer support. I called to check up on my returns after I shipped the item back on Weds right around noon. Someone name Jordan answered the phone right away. Helped me to track and got my return exchanged to working unit right away. Overall it was good for me.
Pre-owned items purchased through Best Buy come from Jem Jem and are garbage!!! Jem Jem will lose the original items you send in for repair and replace it what they deem to be an “equivalent.” Then, Best Buy will make you continue to pay on your Best Buy credit card account and refuse to refund due to serial numbers not matching the original item. Scam alert!!!
Jem Jem you cancelled out my order without letting me know, amazon said you sent 2 emails but I never received them.took awhile but I found out you cancelled out my order because I needed 14 dollars more. Well I also had an amazon charge card too so you could have put it on there but now I am out 2 presents for my grandkids for Christmas thanks a lot. This wax my first time ordering. Not sure if I’ll order again from you!!!
I purchased a “refurbished” Apple iPad 2; it will not boot – the screen turns yellow. I am assuming they did not verify the quality of their work prior to shipping. When I called, a recording stated to wait for the next available operator. After a minute, another recording stated to leave a message at the sound of the beep and guess what- no beep.Am waiting to hear back via email. 2 star rating only because the time from placing order to delivery was short.
