Jimmy Jazz or Jimmy Khezrie CEO and founder is who I blame for such an unethical Company. It’s easy to blame customer service, yet they are trained by those who set policy, who in turn are directed by their superiors. It all starts at the top CEO and his cronies. I would never use Jimmy K and his unethical company to make him a single dollar. I have asked Nike to affirm Jimmy is an authorized dealer and the were not happy with the “Policy”
Just bad. Please do yourself a favor and buy Nike direct or one with similar ethics Jimmy is not your man even if it saves you a few bucks or not. No amount would be worth getting this garbage multi millionaire a single penny.
