I received my item on time, no damage to the goods, but it was quite a stressful purchase as you dont know whether youll get ur goods or not and even if u received, will be wxo damage. Phew, so i received items wxo damage but some items seems to be old stock. Their customer service is responsive but its the damn same copy paste response on how sorry they are. And each time u hb to send in a new email and reiterate the whole thg over again and again, and i guess thts their tactics coz most of the consumer will give in eventually. So I didn’t bother to email them on the old stock. I wouldnt buy nor would I recommend this page.
It’s definitely a scam. A received package was empty. Customer service very didn’t resolve the problem. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
It is NOT a reliable site / service. I can not yet say a scam, because they respond to inquiries, but terrible service.

I tried contact them and always they say we will see and contact you!!! 30 daya now !!!!!!!!! I am going to tell everybody all my friends and reviews everywhere to let Everyone not to be fooled!!
Complete SHAM of a company… Been waiting weeks with no show of order.. customer service both in Spain and UK completely useless.. neither respond or help. They have certaintly messed the wrong customer about as I will be taking every action possible against this company regardless of the value of order. This company should NOT be in operation! Save yourselves all the hassle!!!!!
I purchased expensive SteamPod straighteners from Look Fantastic, after using them once it was clear that not only did they not work, they had been damaged. After spending four days in total trying to raise the issue with the incompetent customer service team, via the live chat, message and email platforms accessed on the website, I was told that even though the company breached The Sales of Goods Act for failing to provide a product that is fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality, I would not be entitled to a refund of the £300 product. Absolutely disgusted with the unacceptable and unlawful handling of this issue. Never using this terrible company again and I’d recommend that everyone else do the same. Avoid at all costs!!
Placed an order 6th July, one month later still no sign of delivery (worth €120). Have been in contact numerous times only to be told “we are looking in to this matter” and I hear nothing. All I want at this stage is a refund. I am pregnant and do not need the stress. Very disappointed!!
This company does not value its customers at all, I should have read reviews before I ordered! I ordered a product at 4000 rupees, and the product was never delivered. This was 3 months ago. When I wrote to the company they said there was nothing they could do. I had the feeling that they haven’t learned how to run a professional business and they have no issue stealing 4000 rupees from their customer Don’t order from this company, there are better companies to order from.
I have put an order in with Lookfantastic, after reading all these reviews I have asked for a refund. I have received 2 emails saying they are ‘working on my order’ which has still not been sent after 3 weeks. Probably scam. Ridiculous
I’ve made my order on 30 November, the estimated arrived time is 10 Dec to 18 Dec, on 18 Dec I find them through livechat they said need to wait 30days to seen as my parcel is miss. I waited for 30days still haven receive my order, find them through live chat again and said will give me a full refund, I haven receive any email regarding my refund.
I’m really afraid I won’t get my money back, I really spent a lot in this website and this is my first-time purchase, I thought it is a Singapore website it should be secure, I’m Malaysian.
I regret that I didn’t see their review before purchasing, really upset!

Please do not order from them . I had to wait my order for more then a month and it is no fast delivery, on top of that I have been asked to pay additional 50% of price I have paid already for my order as customs fee, plus packing was very bad, so I can see thru holes in the box that my order completely damaged and I refused to accept it. Even I got reply from support team it is already another month I am waiting for my reimbursement and parsel is being held at a local depot awaiting further instruction from the sender.I am not sure if I can get my money back, but I know that I will never order anything from lookfantastic ever again .
Awful customer service won’t refund
PROBABLY A BIG SCAM
When my delivery didn’t arrive on time I asked the customer service where it was and they told me to wait an additional 30 days. Fast forward to now, the products still haven’t arrived and their answer to me is to ask my neighbours if they have the package (which they don’t) and now that I am requesting for a refund, the customer service is no longer answering.
I ordered from lookfantastic. It was only shampoo/conditioner but it took a VERY LONG time to arrive (alarm bells ringing yet?)
Item arrived leaking with screw top loose!
Contacted Customer Service who clearly make it very difficult to return items or receive a refund for FAULTY products in the hope that the customer would give up.
Had to email a photograph, wait to see if they would accept the item for return.
I had to screen shot the certificate of postage.
This exchange of emails went on for quite some time but still no resolution.
I then had to initiate legal proceedings to get this company to fulfil its duty of care to a customer receiving FAULTY goods.
The prices are “too good to be true”
I have placed orders on this website 3 times now amounting to over £250… for a UK delivery and they keep cancelleing my order . Iv tried payment through credit cards debit cards and paypal… has anyone experienced this before??
