Bought a Garmin watch charger from them. The purchase experience wa fine, like the other good reviewers, but after a days of use the charger packed up (I’d had it for three months before I got to use it).
Apparently everything they sell only has a 30 day warranty! Pretty poor for new goods! They have offered my a 10% refund, ha ha.
So my advice is only purchase very low value items (less than £10) as essentially there is next to no warranty if the items fail or are poor quality. Read the other bad reviews.
Miniinthebox is another shining example of a company that you will have to be “lucky” not to have problems with. I can only speak for the product I bought but clearly they are using cheap low quality suppliers and relying on luck to hope they will at least last long enough to pass their very very short warranty period. In my case a mobile phone cover for an Iphone lasted no more than a few weeks. You will be able to contact them and they will be very polite but they will basically try their hardest to deceive you into poultry refunds and tell you things which later turn out to be untrue. I will try and post pictures of the quality you receive. Basically the case around the phone came apart in an area not under stress etc. They admitted it was fully down to them, yet, for some reason (clearly money!) they used all their tricks to get you to accept first 30% then 50% then finally 70%. But then they employ another trick of deducting all the postage and insurance so you will end up getting on 55% or something like that. Having told you that it will be refunded directly onto your card, guess what…they don’t! It goes on your account so you can waste more money with them. There is an option to withdraw which I have not taken as I suspect more charges will be made but mainly because I am still in dispute with them. They will string you along with this so called customer service for weeks, as in my case, all the time promising to resolve to my satisfaction but never actually doing so. When a company states “It is undeniable that we caused these troubles” should there be any reason why the customer is left with an offer of only half their money back and a useless piece of plastic? You decide for yourselves before placing any order iof these are people you want to deal with?
Moral of the story is that if you buy something from Miniinthebox, you may indeed be lucky or one of those people who don’t use an item much and very unlikely to be affected by the cheap quality with premium price. For most other though, as you can see from all the reviews, you will be far better off dealing with companies with a far better supply chain, standards of quality and common decency. I won’t say they are scammers as they did actually send what was ordered, but they are as close as you can get!! From my experience I would say that Miniinthebox should be avoided as even if you see something a few pounds cheaper in the UK, you will be taking a huge gamble that it will last and you are very very unlikely to get all your money back when things do go wrong which is highly likely.

Beware ordering cases for phones. I received my phone and now learned the cases for my google 4a pixel are too short. Also learned that there are 3 sizes of that phone. Cases ordered actually fit the first version. Unable to get my money returned.
I am waiting for my order for one month now, and they stopped even responding to me. i dont think this is a legit, but i will file a case at the ministry of commerce

Not a great experience. Poor quality items, incredibly difficult to return, incredibly difficult to even discuss my return. Not yet actually been able to return, let alone get any form of refund.
I think this is going to be a write off for me, total waste of money and would recommend avoiding at all costs

Paid over $70 for large kids foam blocks and they send me small foam alphabet letters. They won’t refund but expect u to pay extra to ship back wrong item. Filing dispute thru PayPal. Not dealing with thieves like these anymore! Disgusting!

I bought bunion pads for my feet. After 60 days the package hadn’t arrived. I contacted the company and they told me the courier had returned it to them. I asked them for a refund and they refused to give it to me.
They said it my responsibility to contact the courier and said that I owed them the cost of the return mail sent to them!
I couldn’t believe it!!!! How could I contact the courier when I didn’t know they had my package?
They refused to give me a refund … AND they charged me for their courier cost!!!!!!

I made two small separate orders that could be put into an envelope and virtually didn’t have any extra weight in order to test their policy of free shipping on my orders that were supposed to be shipped from Canada. Website stated 8-10 business day delivery. Nothing has been received since the February 17 order and email stating item was shipped that day.
I’ve opened a customer complaint ticket on their website and have had replies to my daily response 3 times. Their response seems to be generated by an automated system based on words in my message and requesting more time. I’ve been told that they have contacted Canada Post and asked them to expedite the envelope, which was, by the way free shipping indicating that shipment emanated from my country, Canada, but I was charged shipping and insurance on each order. If I don’t want the item anymore then they would refund (on the website) me when they receive the package back.
I’ve told them that they are lying and THIS IS FRAUD. I’ve lost $47 and if I don’t receive deliveries as advertised, I”M GOING TO GET MY MONEY’S WORTH. DON’T SHOP HERE!!! Go to BBB.
Ordered a kindle cover from this company in may and finally arrived in July. However I defy anyone to find a kindle small enough to fit this cover as it is just slightly larger than a phone cover. Now I can’t access my account on the site as it keeps telling me I have tried too many times. Very convenient!!!. I will have to write this off as a bad experience but will not recommend them
I made a purchase for a product that was appropriately priced with a shipped duration of 14 days. I had taken shipped as meaning the duration it would take the product to reach me. After 1.5 months I believe their interpretation of shipped is dispatched. I have received a number of reply’s from customer support, each one pushing the expected delivery date out.
With respect to a refund the following is an extract from their reply:
“Since there is no confirmation that the package is lost, and there is no default loss time (120 days), refunds cannot be processed. Generally speaking in this special period, packages will be delivered within 2-4 months, and According to our agreement with the logistics company, we can only investigate the package after 4 months after parcel shipped out.”
I take it from this I can forget about ever getting a refund – other than informing them my package was not received how can I possibly confirm it. This site has great potential but is operating as though it is a scam.
DON’T order from these crooks. Everything is wayyyy too small and you basically have to send it to CHINA to return anything which translates to ridiculous fees totaling more than the cost of the item you’re returning. I bought a mens XL shirt that wouldn’t even fit my 14 year old nephew.

Cheaters!!!! I ordered some toys, I received them after 1 month directly from China (?!), I wasted time at customs, and I paid extra 40% of the toys price in customs and DHL taxes…. In the end quality of toys was poor, and also only 50% of the toys were working, the other half were faulty!!! Be warned! Order from them only if you want to be cheated!!!!
I ordered a replacement watch band on 9/24/2018 from MINIINTHEBOX. It is now 10/31/2018 and I have not received it as of yet. I selected the U.S. Postal service shipping method which was the least expensive, and MINIINTHEBOX is now saying I must allow 90 DAYS for delivery!!!!!!!!! 90 DAYS!!!! I could have driven to South America and back fast than they can deliver their items.

After ordering and paying for my order from MiniInTheBox, I have received a delivery date and a tracking number. However, the tracking number does not work and does not indicate delivery progress. I contacted the courier service to ask regarding the tracking number and it turns out that the tracking number is not in their system – the alleged claimed package is not in their system! I still waited for my order until the date my order supposed to be delivered and there have been no notification regarding any parcel whatsoever. I then contacted the MiniInTheBox customer service and suprisingly, they claimed that there have been some problem with my address and asked me to wait for another few weeks. I waited and finally received no news from them. I contacted them again only to be informed that the parcel is on its way to their warehouse and they claimed I did not pick up the parcel so they will resend it again but I have to pay for the shipment again. It is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. It has been nearly 3 months now and I asked for a refund but they reply my message with a repeated exact message stating they will resend and I have to pay for the shipment again. This website is clearly operated by either dishonest people or extremely unprofessional seller. I strongly recommend others not to order anything from this website and look for a more trusted seller.
DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING OR BELIEVEING THIS WEBSITE. They claim that you get 14 day guaranteed shipping but I have been waiting now 60 days and still no closer than before. You cannot talk to a real person. For all I know I am funding a terrorist by sending my money to mini in the box. Wanted to buy more stuff but glad I tried it first with one small item to see if it was legit. DO NOT BUY FROM MINI IN THE BOX.

Been over a month since I ordered even though promised 10 day delivery n purchase confirm. All correspondence from them is from a do not reply source, so you cannot respond. The only way to communicate is via the website, but all you get is condescending politeness and a push back with, just a little longer.
I will never, and I mean NEVER do business with them again, and am fairly confident that I will never receive my purchase.

My MiniInTheBox delivery was very similar to the original band that came off the watch (just missing a couple of tiny ridges moulded into the pair of loops that hold the loose end of the strap in neatly and not quite the totally smooth join to the watch body that was achieved before), but this is not a concern given the price difference with the official Suunto replacement.
Easily fitted using the included mini-screwdriver.
I ordered some iPhone cases and lenses for my phone although the shipping was awhile it did arrive but my package was actually at the post shop waiting for me to pick it up
So I ordered over $60 worth of merchandise about 3 weeks ago. I got an order confirmation and they took the money out of my account but never sent me an email with my order number or tracking number. Their website is rediculous as they never give you answers. It keeps telling me that I have no order currently! Tell that to my bank!! No way to contact customer service no phone number no email. I want to know where my order is or REFUND MY MONEY!
I ordered a product from this company back in February and have still not received the order. It is a touchless thermometer for my elderly mother (age 98) who has been waiting for it. I requested a refund 3 weeks ago but was told that it was too late. But then I see that the company put in a replacement order on April 3rd. I will never ever buy from this company again, and I say to all – “BUYER BEWARE.”

I’m in Australia, have been waiting 73 days and my package is still stuck in Germany.
I’ve complained about 6 times and the company keeps closing my complaint after sending me a stock standard response. This response suggests that my package probably hasnt been delivered because of my absence… yep – I’m certainly not in Germany!
I’ve asked them to refund my product two or three times because, after more than 2 months, I’ve had to buy the product from another location. Again “customer service” keep closing my complaint on the basis that I should continue to wait!
Don’t buy from here unless:
1. you’re buying a samsung s9 cover or iphone9 cover because that’s how long you’ll be waiting; or
2. you’re looking for the latest range of invisible phone covers.
After all the bad reviews I started to believe that I too would never see my purchases.
I ordered four phone cases, and I was able to track my purchases via an email that I was sent from miniinthebox.
Within just 12 days my phone cases arrived at my door. I live in England. Also the phone cases were exactly as advertised on the website.
Maybe I was just lucky, but all I can say is this site DOES deliver and I would purchase from them again.
Right, so I read these reviews after already having ordered from Miniinthebox and had no idea it came all the way from Hong Kong. I was kind of expecting my package to disappear or arrive next year sometime when my dog had already outgrown the winter jackets, or the products being really bad quality or too small. Needless to say I was happily surprised to find the package outside my door today (8 days after ordering) and the products were perfect. Perfect fit, and just like shown on the website. Yes, there’s an extra fee for importing it to your country where you live, but that goes for orders coming from abroad so I see no point in whining about that. USA, Canada, UK, all those places adds an extra import fee so I don’t consider that a “Hidden fee”, perhaps hidden if you haven’t informed yourself about overseas purchases online.
I would love to review the product for other consumers, but all I can say is that I never received it, even though I paid extra for expedited shipping. Its been well over a month at this point, even though I paid to have it within 5-8 business days. I read the other reviewers saying they didnt receive their packages other, but thought Id still give it a shot. Nope. Package never came. Its sitting somewhere over in China waiting for ‘processing’. Reporting it missing was easy, but then I realized any company that makes it so easy to add a claim must be constantly receiving them, or else it wouldnt be a giant part of your orders page. The product might be great, but you will probably never get it. All the positive reviewers saying they got their’s quickly are paid for by the company in an attempt to trick others, like me, into buying. Also, even if you unsubscribe, you will receive dozens of emails a week from them with ads for more product to pay for and never receive. Dont do it. Just dont.
You may never receive the product you purchased. When submitting a resolution ticket, they keep extending the amount of time. At first the reply was “it can take 20-30 days.” When that did not happen, I was assured it would arrive “no later than 40 days” and given an exact date. After 40 days, they are now saying, “so you still have great possibilities to receive it within 60 days.”
This company appears to be a scam, and they appear to keep extending the delivery date until you either give up or forget. They will not refund your purchase price.
