I have two movie tickets and can’t get ahold of ANYONE for a balance on the cards. It tells you to call a number then they tel you to go on website. Neither tell you anything. I don’t even know if they’re legit!!
Worst site ever! they carge $1.50 per ticket you purchase and then when all is said and done, the transaction fails 9/10 times. When you call to figure out why, you sit on the phone waiting for a customer service representitive for at least 20 minutes. Total waste of money and will AVOID at all costs in the future.
This is one of the worst websites imaginable, to say nothing of the hidden “convenience” charges that Costco doesn’t disclose. It took me an hour to order two movie tickets because of bugs in the ordering protocol. I probably entered my discount card number 10 times before my order was eventually accepted and confirmed. Whatever paltry amount one saves once the service charge is added hardly makes the hassle worth it. And, forget calling customer service. I tried three time; the phone rings a half-dozen times and then goes dead. Perhaps not a total scam, but a total rip-off unless your time and emotional well-being do not matter to you.
