How to return outside Europe?
As you can see below, the steps you must take to return your item(s) with MyTheresa are:
- Use the enclosed return form, and make sure you indicate which items and why you are returning them.
- Put the return form with your items in the original package.
- Fill out the 3 copies of the “Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form,” and put all copies in the transparent envelope and attach it to your package without closing it. These are required for customs, so it’s important you put all 3 copies with it.
- Choose between shipping DHL or FedEX.
What’s your exchange policy?
All purchased items can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt, free of charge – including reduced items. The exchange policy only applies if the items are in mint condition i.e., have not been worn, altered, or washed and all tags have to be attached. Return/exchange shipments have to be sent using the service used for the original delivery (DHL or FedEx).
Please be aware that MyTheresa only exchanges an item for the same item in a different size. We can only accept exchanges from the country to which the shipment was sent. For more specific information, please refer to the “exchanges” section.
How to exchange outside Europe?
Here’s are the steps to follow to exchange your item(s) with MyTheresa:
- First, you must contact MyTheresa’s customer service to make sure they have your item and size to exchange with. You can email MyTheresa at [email protected], or call them at 1-888-550-9675.
- Once confirmed your exchange is good with MyTheresa customer service, then get your enclosed exchange and return forms that should have come with your item, and fill out which items you’re returning and why.
- Put the exchange and return forms with your item(s) in the original box them it came in.
- Next, you’ll need to fill out the “Return Pro-Forma Invoice,” and insert 3 of the 4 copies in the see-through envelope and attach it to your box/package without closing it.
- Call and arrange a pick-up with the same shipping carrier used, which be either DHL or FedEX.
- After your carrier driver has checked the return shipment then close and secure your box.
- Once MyTheresa receives your item(s) they will send you a confirmation receipt via email.
- Once MyTheresa confirms your item (s) they will send your new item(s) out for exchange immediately..

Just received the self-portrait sequined cold-shoulder blouse, which I am loving it right now! The shipping delivery with mytheresa arrived in 2 days to Norway, which I thought was fast during this time, and it was free for me.
