Cons: Reebonz Review 2021
In the past, Reebonz wasn’t very good with their returns, and the customer service was subpar.
Based on customer reviews and research into the company, it appears the Reebonz has worked hard to improve their level of customer service and speeding up the return process.
It used to take a very long time to receive refunds, but Reebonz has worked to reduce that time to 15 days or less.
The other drawback I found was that some items didn’t have the photos of the real item, for instance, if it was used.
It’s hard to see in what kind of condition the product is in if you can’t see the photos.
I believe that Reebonz.com is working on this and to provide photos of the items.

Reebonz is in serious financial trouble. Channel NewsAsia has reported on people not receiving their money after selling through them on consignment. Check out their reviews on Trustpilot and Google. They have also started deleting comments on Facebook from people chasing for payment
Reebonz is very dishonest in their dealings.
I wanted to buy a Bvlgari bracelet and had negotiated with Reebonz 3 times for a discounted price. I then purchased the item on that agreed price.
However, after 4 to 5 days, I realized the item was sold off without my knowledge. They did not even bother to inform me that the item was sold.
This is so ridiculous. I have already paid for the item and yet it was still sold off!!!
How can it be possible that they need 4 to 5 days just to check and realized that the item was no more available?
My suspicion is that during the 4 to 5 days period, someone must have offered a higher price and they had sold it off to that person even though I had already paid in full for the item.
I have raised a complaint to CASE and am now waiting for CASE to handle the matter.
