Rosewe presents the latest street style fashion clothing and dresses from centers like New York, Paris, London, Tokyo and even Shanghai, all curated by their own design and buying team who then develop clothes that are at the cutting edge.
Just FYI; clothes are made in China, so there are some complaints as you’ll see by continuing to read.
How to Return or Exchange Within 30 Days (check #7)
If you’re unhappy with your product for any reason, you can get a full refund or exchange your item within 30 days of ordering.
- Make sure you are within the 30-day return policy.
- These items cannot be returned: flash sale products and jewellery.
- Your items must be returned in the same condition you got it.
- Once you log into your Rosewe account then submit a ticket for a return.
- A customer service rep will look at your case and once approved you’ll get a return address and a RMA number in the ticket.
- You will have to pay the return shipping fee and you can ship your items using any shipping company you like.
- Important final step: make sure with the Rosewe ticket you submitted for the return that you now reply with your return tracking number and shipping company.

Where is Rosewe Located?
Rosewe.com has an army of loyal fans, but there are some negatives.
One of these is that Rosewe has its main headquarters in Shanghai, China, so being located there can cause shipping delays as mentioned by several customers who left Rosewe reviews below.

A few of the most common complaints we see most often are the low-quality clothing and material, delays with shipping that can take 3-4 weeks and longer for some, and poor customer service.
How to Speed up Refund Process
(do this before buying though)
The return process they say usually takes 10-20 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank account you used when ordering.
If you used PayPal the refund process is much quicker and takes 1-3 business days, and sometimes takes just 48 hours.
There were some Rosewe reviews that said they did not receive 100% of their money when returning an item.

For anyone ordering through this company ladies clothing you get no phone number when you look them up it’s located in China cannot get anyone no phone number to check on your tracking cannot really track your order through this company after going back I look to see if I had a confirmation I did not see a confirmation nor could I find their phone number to ask about my product
This site has the worst service and needs to be shut down. They are a scam and just want to keep your money even if they are in the wrong and doesn’t want to try and fix the problem or issue with the item. They don’t reply. I paid with paypal and had to open an dispute against them before they would even give me the time of day and still didn’t want to give me a full refund if I sent the item back. And saying they don’t have the package I sent back. Please please never buy here you might not get the right item and might not get your money or full refund back.

Seems like I’m going through the same thing. I began ordering an outfit in November and it has not arrived, however the payment was immediately taken out of my account. There may be legal ramifications of either the merchandise or my payment is not received soon.

I love Rosewe!! Always get great products for great prices. Also they get delivered fast. Can find almost any product you are looking for. Easy to use. Fast shipping. Pleasure to buy from. Never have a problem searching for what I need , great prices and awesome customer services.
Ordered 4 blouses from ROSEWE. Took 4 WEEKS from China. So excited. Opened and was SO SHOCKED AT THE JOKES they call clothing. $139.00 for the most INFERIOR material. Some were sheer see through junk. They were NOTHING like the pictures!!! Nothing. SHAME on the scammers. Shame on me for believing. They are laughing at the IDIOTS sending them money, hundreds of dollars at a time. We cannot do anything except voice our disdain. Unethical business practices. Sad. Thieves. Absolutely. Never again.
The first time i ordered clothes from ROSEWE the corona virus had entered the U.S. I wasn’t aware that this company was in China. My order went in May 9 2020. I’m writing this review April 9,2020 and still have not received my order. It wasn’t hard to contact the company, but you have to scan the invoice like looking for a needle in a haystack. They did answer cheerfully. “Happy to tell you your order was shipped March 10”. I know they had to be aware that nothing would be leaving China heading to the U.S., but they took my money anyway.
Now is not the time to order anything from ROSEWE. They will take your money and hold you order ransom.
Just ordered my first swimsuit from Rosewe.com and I couldn’t be happier. I ordered it on Monday, paid for expedited shipping and it delivered Thursday morning. After reading other reviews I chose a size larger than I normally wear and it fits perfectly. Good quality, great price, cute design. I will definitely order from them again!
The con is their sizing chart is messed up. I ordered a dress using THEIR sizing chart and wondered if perhaps I should have ordered the next size down. I ordered a 2XL and when I tried it on, I thought maybe they sent the wrong size because it had to be a medium. When I checked the tag, it said 2XL but there is no way, not when I used their chart. When I submitted my ticket, (with screenshots of proof their sizes were wrong) there was a lack of good communication, and I found that I had to pay shipping to ship it back or keep the dress and they would take a percentage off. I knew I would have to pay shipping costs if I returned it, but I feel since their sizing chart is messed up, they should pay. Needless to say, I won’t order from this company ever again.
I ordered $245.00 of merchandise(7 dresses)11/17 and returned 5 of them a few days later. To date 1/18 have not received a refund but they have their merchandise back. Still waiting…the colors were great but the material was poor. My advice is don’t order from this company, I wish I had read these reviews before I threw away my $$. My score is zero!
This is a joke, don’t order from this company. Items DO NOT look like what is on the website and are not true to size. The dress I ordered, allegedly a cocktail dress, was made of that cheap Halloween costume fabric, slick and shiny. There’s a reason why you can’t zoom in on the items, because you would see they are cheaply made. The most expensive part of the dress I got were the 6 plastic pearls on the sleeve and the bag it came in, this is a total scam.
I am happy for you. My experience with Rosewe is horrendous. Terrible after sales service. They still haven’t sent my delivery.
My first experience with Rosewe will be my last. Shipping took over three weeks, with no traceable notifications. To date, I have received only partial shipment, which included no invoice or return information. Everything is expected to go through their website,which will not recognize my email once I asked for password replacement. So, now, I have spent nearly $200 with no way to gain a refund for their shoddy merchandise. I will complain through Mastercard.
I find Rosewe to be neither legitimate, safe or reliable, and their customer support is non-existant. NEVER buy from them.
There will be legal action taken if I do not receive a refund or the merchandise I ordered. Questionable if I will order again.
My husband bought some clothes from rosewe for me for Christmas. They never came. Mid January he started emailing the company asking where the order was. They never replied. After several emails and no response he filed a compliant through PayPal, and we finally got a refund at the end of January. Rosewe has a policy on their website that if the clothes arrive 15 days later than promised they’re 50% off, and later than 30 days is 100% off. So I emailed asking for my order at 100% discount, like their policy states, and got lots of nonsense emails, then finally they told me I was crazy.
It doesn’t seem crazy to me to want a company to uphold their policy. Do not buy clothes here!
Ordered a dress.When it arrived 2 weeks later it was the similar color, style, and pattern, but was clearly the wrong dress and was totally see through.
Contacted them for a full refund and return instructions . They offered “60% per their return policy” and told me to “give away or sell it on-line for a good price”. They have completely ignored their mistake; does not sway from policy regardless of why and no one is ever available by phone. Tried to explain that the policy does not apply when they send the wrong item, but that got me no where.
They never once offered to send the correct dress. Now it is no longer be available. As I suspect it wasn’t when I ordered it; they just sent the next closest thing.
Stay away from these people.There is no telling what they will send you and then make you pay for.
I was very happy with my purchase and even got a extra 20% off. The site was easy to find what I wanted. I would highly recommend.
Scam. Rosewe and the like should be shut down. Poor quality. You cant return stuff. Lies and scammers

They stated 6-10 days to ship. They didn’t ship for a month. I got what I requested over a month after I ordered it. I even emailed twice to get them to ship it before a specific date and it came 6 days after the date.
