Avoid this company! Terrible delivery service, notification, and communication. Worse still is their customer service. No accountability and expect customers to pay the price for Shoebacca’s mistakes.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE — ZERO REPLY TO SEVERAL MESSAGES – THEY SUCK
They are getting 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars. An old address defaulted when I ordered through Amazon. I realized the mistake within hours of making it and contacted the company. Amazon also contacted them. They had plenty of time to change the address to my new correct address but refused to do so. I did not get my shoes, nor will they give me my money back. They are thieves. Will never consider ever buying anything from them again. Worst customer service policies ever. Do not buy from them.

Not a great company. I had a box of three brand new shoes get misplaced in a relocation….still in their original shipping box with shipping slip and everything. Issue is, I found it SEVEN DAYS after their 365 day return policy. An upstanding company would understand and make some sort of offer to accommodate. No offer of if I paid for return shipping or a percentage of what I paid or even credit for anything. Too bad, so sad for me and anyone else that is human. Just go somewhere else for shoes. Their customer service is nothing but shoe-cacca.
Ordered shoes from Shoebacca.com, never received them. Emailed them several times and have never received an answer. it’s been 5 weeks and still waiting an answer while also working with USPS. They have terrible customer service.
I can’t even get an order to go through
I was somewhat reluctant due to online scams, but I’m happy I went through with it, shoes arrived a couple days later and WOW, should have brought two pair.
