Do yourself a favor and don’t buy from them! I ordered a product. Because of a sequence of errors on their part, he did not arrive for several months. After endless correspondence, I asked for a special shipment, but they insisted I add more money. Worst service and product I did not receive. And especially from Bianca who doesn’t deserve to work with people at all, with an attitude like hers.
I placed an order and received an invoice but never received the order. I contacted Strawberry.net and was told my bank had declined payment. I contacted my bank, a national bank, and they told me they had no record that Strawberry.net ever presented anything for payment. I was told I could go back and replace my order but it was a month later and I’m sure prices and availability changed. I contacted Customer Service and complained about misinformation and never got a response. Something fishy going on here….Not what it was years ago, and so I will NOT be re-ordering and would suggest go somewhere reliable and with someone who will communicate with you.
I ordered 2 Guinot products and was charged extra €23.57…by An Post when it was delivered to my door. I was unaware i be charged this fee when ordering and was not happy.
