Tech for Less honored the warranty for a laptop I purchased form them when Dell would not. They fixed it once, then it had the same issue a few months later. They replaced the piece of crap Inspiron 14 z 5423 with a brand new model, for FREE. They were great through the whole ordeal, especially Ryan Simpson (customer care).
