The website The Chess Store is a place where people can purchase all of their needs when it comes to chess at this time. The reason for this is because you can buy numerous chess sets and pieces that are only exclusive designs here at the site. You can also get various chess supplies such as chess boards, clocks, storage, books and a lot more. It is no wonder The Chess Store reviews have been quite positive as of late. This is especially true since their customer service is very helpful to their customers as well.

Perhaps the only negative aspect about the TheChessStore.com is that they can have problems with their deliveries. A customer has mentioned in the TheChessStore.com reviews that they were not provided a tracking number upon check out of their product and thus were not able to monitor the package. So it is important to double-check to see if you have everything to claim after making a purchase at the website.

They rarely answer their phone when you want to talk to them for any customer service issue, they do not respond your emails promptly and even when you order early in the morning they do not always ship your items the same day, however the few times I had talk by phone to Greg or Ray they are attentive, polite and eager to resolve your requests or concerns.
The email chain below resulted in TheChessStore.com ignoring my request for a refund of a product their website said they have but did not have in stock. I had to spend an hour on the phone today putting in a dispute of charges with my bank for a product I ordered but could not get from TheChessStore.com. Because of this interaction, I do not recommend doing business with them.

When were you going to tell me you didn’t have what I ordered?
Please refund my money immediately. I expect to get confirmation of the refund processed tomorrow. If not, I will dispute the charge.
