The only real drawback I could find in TheWarmingStore.com was their shipping fees. While $5 may seem like a lot for shipping, it is a flat rate. This means if you have a very large order, the shipping will still only be $5. However if you are only buying one item or purchasing a smaller order the $5 fee can add up.

I ordered a pair of gloves and immediately noticed that the wrong shipping address was listed. I immediately called their support line and was advised that they have to wait ten minutes on their end to input correct address. Support stated they would call me back to confirm that they have made change. No call back.
I Sent email next day.
They replied that order has not shipped and they would send me email notifying me when it shipped. I replied that my address is wrong. No reply. Called 3 times and spoke with person. Repeatedly placed on hold, then disconnected (longest was 35 mins). Received email stating order shipped…still wrong address. Called again and requested supervisor…none working…I told them to cancel and they stated sorry already shipped. Told me to call FedEx to get address changed. I will not do business with this store and I will share this with 12,700 other first responders in Pennsylvania.
I ordered 5 items. 3 of those items shipped to me, were the wrong color. They refuse to refund saying they didn’t have the colors I wanted available. I explained that this should have been indicated when I placed the order, because I wouldn’t order the colors that were shipped. They refuse to refund or replace.
