There were a few drawbacks with Verizon. If you have to return your wireless device, you have to pay a $35 Restocking Fee. If you have to cancel you plan after the 14 day window, VerizonWireless.com may charge early termination fees of $175, and $350 if you have an advanced device purchase. With Verizon, you also can’t use data and voice simultaneously unless you have newer Apple or Android devices. This must also be applied with the company’s coverage called VLTE (Voice over LTE). Some Users have also complained about Verizon putting extra apps and services that are not needed, and only take up space on your device.

I have been a satisfied Verizon customer since 2005. I recently bought a new phone and both the phone and help getting it working has been very disappointing. This phone invades my privacy and no one knows how to protect me. The Verizon Store had no accessories and told me to get them off Amazon. The Verizon Cloud no longer works and I lost pictures, etc. Worse, every time I am working on the phone with some one, they try to sell me an inhome service for TV’s, phones, computers, etc. for $500 a year. Since Verizon has no idea how to use the phones they sell, has lost control and access to the Verizon Cloud, and can’t even stock basic accessories, why would anyone trust them in their homes? I am so disappointed. I stayed with them all of these years because I trusted them. Now I am afraid of them.
Verizon has the worst customer service and all out service in lancaster PA. The csr tells me not only do I have to continue to pay for something that I cannot use but Im stuck with it. Had a nerve to tell me to move to get better service. I was shocked almost 200 per month for internet and phone and I cant use the internet and the phone has more static and cuts calls than enough. But still im stuck paying 200 a month for both.
