    Waiting for my book for 4 months.

    + PROS: Good prices
    - CONS: Never received my book, although they say they shipped it once, and it got lost. They shipped another and now apparently it is “lost” too. I have been waiting 4 months. They have offered a refund but I want my book. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift

    The company has yet to issue my refund on an order that they happily canceled of a book with an undetermined publication delay. Horrible customer service.
