Faulty website and horrible customer service. I ordered two items as a Mother’s Day gift to be shipped to my mother’s address. They arrived at MY address, not my mother’s. I figured I must have somehow made a mistake so I went & ordered them again. However, when checking out, I noticed this time that the website wouldn’t allow me to enter a different billing address without changing the shipping address. I tried a dozen times to get the shipping address to remain the correct one but it kept changing it to my billing address. So that’s why the package went to me instead of my mother. I called customer service this morning (since the company is closed Fri-Sun) and was told I needed to ship the items myself to my mother after receiving a shipping label they’d mail to me. Why on earth would I want to wait over another week after the holiday to get these now-stale items to my mother? I explained what happened and that it was the fault of the company’s website, not me, so THEY should send a new package directly to get it there more quickly, but the uninterested and unprofessional customer service rep couldn’t have cared less or been less helpful. Very disappointed and will never recommend or use this company again.

I am very unhappy with this company. They don’t care about customer satisfaction. I cant even give then 1 star foe anything
I had trouble ordering and had to be out of the country when their office would be open – so I sent them a message and asked if they’d order for me – Oh!My, Oh!Nuts was wonderful 🙂 They kindly filled the order, charged me with the info I left for them, and had it mailed with tracking before we returned home. Good People – they met a need and it means a lot to us.
They are totally unreliable! I received a gift that someone sent me from them; it contained a glass item which arrived shattered. I called them immediately and almost 2 months later, am still getting the run around. I would NEVER buy ANYTHING from them, as they clearly have a poor business model and do not stand behind their products. I have called, written 5 emails to their “help desk”. Their “guarantee of satisfaction” is just plain false. They do not stand behind their products, and there’s no one there at the “help desk” to rectify mistakes that they make. Very poorly run.
I bought there hard coffee candy and am not happy at all, it doesn’t taste like coffee at all, they are actually quite gross and my kids don’t like them either, I’m a single mom with 3 kids I can’t afford to be wasting money! Well I tryed emailing them like 3 or 4 times and still haven’t heard anything from them so tomorrow I’m going to call and if they still don’t fix this problem than I’m going to call better business bureau and leave a complaint, they shouldn’t be ignoring there customers ever! I’m not happy at all!!!!
