THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! I purchased stairs and was promised by a specified time. I finally called back and asked to speak with a sup. She made an excuse for why I couldn’t speak to the sup. When I asked for a refund “Sierra” stated, “Oh you want a refund” and hung up. I called back and was hung up on several times. I read the BBB and there are others who experienced the same issue. I have notified my bank and made a report.
I ordered a shower pan a wall surround. I am a professional contractor, but the rough in framing specs were not complete. I called customer service to get some help…HA!(sarcastic Laughing sound)
The customer service is TERRIBLE!!! They said there was no information they could give and that if i called back they would block my number. Then, with the voice of angel told me to have a nice day and hung up on me.
I was blown the F#@K away!
If you can get what you need somewhere else, do it. I am filling a complaint with BBB.
terrible business, and I haven’t even opened my packages yet to check for correctness or condition!! customer service is horrible! they wont let you post negative reviews on their website, so if you go by reviews youll think theyre a great business but they are anything but. ordered little over $1,000 worth of doors 6/26/17, was not able to pick up until 8/14/17. their site did say 3-4 weeks for delivery because 1 door was special order, but 6/26 – 8/14 is bit more than 3-4 weeks. and if you contact customer service they make you feel like you are bothering them and they don’t want you to contact them. I will not be getting anything else from them, there are other options.
Have purchased many items from them with no major problems until I purchased a replacement motor for a range hood. I ordered the item that the support people said would work, it did not. I returned the electric motor but they wouldn’t reimburse the return postage. Which I feel they should cover as the error was theirs.
Purchased 5/25. Received damaged 6/23… so we refused the order and was ALL sent back (receipts to show). Then was send partial order arriving 7/22. Contacted to ask where the rest of the order was only to be told they had already gave it to us and their receipt shows we only returned one box and lied saying they spoke with us on the phone to confirm. 100% false. I mentioned filing a complaint and was hung up on. Filing dispute with BBB, and looking into other avenues to ensure my products or money is returned. Very bad for business and I recommend anyone planning to purchase here do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere
