Awful company. Scammers. They don’t tell you your money is non refundable until after you pay. Worst customer service. Never in my 60 years have I come across such deception. I tried cancelling within One hour and was told I would need to call back the next day after 9:00. Called numerous times. They told me they would give me a credit. They kept saying, “I need to talk to my manager”. Who does that? I want my hard earned money back!
I should be able to cancel at least within an hour of registration. I’m going to continue to write complaints until I receive my money back. I am a customer service manager and the way I’ve been treated just blows my mind. What kind of company operatives like this and survives? Please do not use this company….they are a disgrace! They are so crooked, I don’t even know if they will post this. Sad world we live in. I’m not giving up, I’m going to continue to raise awareness and complain until justice is serviced and I get my money back.

Nonrefundable deposit.
I spoke with someone regarding booking a limo. They immediately sent me the booking contract. Unfortunately I signed it without reading the details. They took a $600 deposit from me at the time of booking and even though I contacted them several hours later they would not refund my deposit. I disputed it with my credit card and was declined. Be careful of nonrefundable deposits. It was very sneaky.

UNETHICAL! HORRIBLE COMPANY
Horrible! My daughter rented a limo on 3/12/20 through Price4Limos for prom on 4/18/20. Due to Coronavirus, she cancelled on 3/18/20, ONLY 6 DAYS LATER! She was told she would get a refund if she e-mailed her request. They had charged her a $280 deposit on 3/12, and a $350 “additional deposit” on 3/16. Even though she was told she would get a refund, had the reservation for only 6 days, and we are in the middle of a NATIONAL HEALTH CRISIS, they are now KEEPING the entire deposit of $630! The rude man I spoke to kept referring to the contract and when I told him it why it was wrong, he accused me of “failing to understand.” No, I understand that what the company is doing is immoral and unethical!!! Awful customer service!!!! They should refund the entire deposit, instead of profiting from Coronavirus and taking advantage of part-time, minimum-wage-earning high school students!

Hired this company for a party bus for a bachelor party. Long story short we waited 11/2 hrs for the bus to show but it did not. Spoke with the companies representative 4 times during this wait. They told me I had to wait an hour before I could nullify the contract. By that time it was too late to make other arrangements. They made no efforts to find another service or limo and offered no restitution. To make matters worse my card was charged the $695 for the srvice. Obviously I will contest this but it was never about the money. All sebsequent reservations had to be scrapped b/c we were so late and we were forced to use our personal vehicles. The point was you hire a driver so you don’t have to worry about drunk driving. We just had to stay sober. It put a damper on our bachelor party. I would give them all 0 stars if I could. poorly managed company.
