Perhaps the only drawback about the eSafetySupplies.com is that they only provide sample products of disposable gloves to their interested clients. It would have been great if each business that requests from them would be able to at least see and try out their other products such as headwear, safety apparel and other facility supplies. This has been something that was mentioned in the eSafetySupplies.com reviews in the past already.

Horrible customer service. Inquired about returning a purchase, within their return policy guidelines and all of my emails and phone calls were ignored.
Awful Company! Never shipped my order! They lied! The guy said he would personally put it on the truck! Never did! I want a refund!!
Not reliable. Will not ship product and will not respond to any inquiries.
Ordered around the beginning of July. They shipped one of my items to me pretty quickly, but never shipped the other item. I’ve contacted them a number of times to get a refund on the item they say is back-ordered and they say they will refund the money but then I never hear from anyone and it has yet to happen. I think I just gave them $100 I’m not going to get back. Do not order here unless you like to give money away.
I’ve ordered from them a few times. All positive experiences. They are quick and always got my orders correct. Masks were overpriced, but expected during the pandemic. I just appreciate being able to buy them from a company I’ve used before and trust. Iui
I have been a customer for about 10 years. When I placed an order recently, they charged me (money came out of my bank account) and did not have the product in stock, nor did they have a date when the product will be available. Custer service was so incredibly rude. When I tried to get the owner’s name, I was hung up on. So disappointed.
They lie about everything, product availability, product description, shipping and much more!!!!! I receive a wrong order and I contacted them in time. They promise to correct the mistake and send me the e-mail confirming the right order. I wait to receive the order but it never came. When I contacted them for the second time they told me now is to late because has pass 30 days!!!
Placed an order back in may, yet to receive order, they dont return emails and they are not picking up phone….THE WORST EVER
Don’t waste your money. First order sent case of wrong size gloves. Second order sent two cases of totally different gloves than ordered and written on invoice. Need aloe vinyl for allergies. There will not be a third order. Customer service non-existent.
ordered gloves that were supposed to be on hand and ready to ship. got noticed they were shipped but never came. contacted customer service 3 times said they would have them shipped and contact me in 2 hours. never happened. 2 labels printed out and items never shipped. highly recommend not using this company, especially their customer service group. still waiting for my order.
ESafetySuplies.com. 3 TIMES THEY TOLD ME MY ORDER WAS BEING SHIPPED. THEY LIED!!! NOW 4 WEEKS BACK ORDERED. YEAH RIGHT… Customer service is non-existent.

ordered supplies March 23, 2020… was told that order was on back ordered,
called back to check on order end of May 2020, order was supposed to have
been delivered on June 1,2020. Never did receive order#1-312006, but
e-safety kept my money and I still haven’t received my order YET!!!
I would like for them to contact me since they no longer answer phone calls!
They are not customer friendly at all. They lie about the availability of products in order to complete a purchase, and take a you’ll get it when you get it attitude.
I had to wait awhile for gloves ordered but they finally shipped them I ordered from them before an recieved order fast.I like quality of gloves and appreciate their buisness.
