The worst customer support I’ve ever dealt with in my lifetime. I purchased the Wyndham Collection Rebecca bath tub and the overflow plate cover was lost in transit. They refused to send me a new plate and instead insisted I purchase an entire trim kit for $100. You would think after spending thousands they would be able to send you a new overflow plate cover due to not arriving with the package. I will never purchase from them again.
