Bait and Switch practice. New customer $25 gift is non-existent and shipping the return because of this is out of control. When all said and done it cost $21 to return an item because of their deceptive advertising ($10 shipping + $10.87 return shipping)
Good company
I ordered the patterns and designs I wanted and they sent me ones I didn’t order. The customer service NEVER returned my calls or messages. It’s a rip off. Do not order from this company.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ONLINE! Ordered from them and never received product. Contacted twice already trying to get a refund to no avail.
Pure garbage. The customer service couldn’t be any worse. Buy elsewhere and save the headaches when your items don’t arrive after waiting more than 90 days. Then having to deal with smart a$$ staff members that try to say your oder never happened (but you have my money)…magically disappeared from their system (but you see what was ordered and paid for)…they hang up on you and claim line disconnect. PRO TIP: If you order from this sad excuse of a company pay via PayPal. They are absolutely scared of you potentially filing a complaint with PayPal because it will freeze their accounts until there is conflict resolution.
I placed an order in July and still have not received it in October. Customer Service is impossible to get ahold of.
Never deliver what was promised. Kept promising for 5 months to make it right. I specifically did not order any face designs. I don’t want to look like a clown, gangster or snowman. I got 2 faces, and the one design I wanted most they didn’t send. I was told they would get some soon and then send it.

This is a lie…this is how they operate with everyone.
Threatening to open a PayPal complaint freezes their accounts until resolution.Their garbage customer service doesn’t answer the phone so you have to email you threat and post it on their social media. Save copies of all emails sent.
Their experience was on par with mine. I suspect it is the norm.

The “good” reviews are a bunch of people that worked for the company. I ordered a set of masks beginning of April after eyeing some products from ADG for a while in the respect that it was “Veteran Operated” and I have yet to receive any kind tracking information through email. The chat and phone services are both complete jokes. The phone number goes straight to an automated message during business hours and the chat, you are queued “99” for hours. You’ll be lucky to get past 40 before they shut the chat offline or suddenly disconnected. I don’t plan on buying anything from SA company or Alpha Defence Gear again.
Love the face shields and arm sleeves. Keeps the sun and wind off of my face and is very comfortable.

Purchased a package of 5 face shields plus a mystery face shield. Recieved the pack of 5 but not the extra one. Called customer service and waited 17 minutes for somebody to PICKUP the phone. Was greeted rudely and I explained what happened and they said that they would send me one. It has been a week and a half and I have not received the face mask.

Ordered Frost Pack with extra buff on 11-19-19. On 12-16-19 package had not arrived so I tried the live chat. After about 30 minutes in cue I was finally connected with “Michael” who took 10-15 minutes between responses finally saying they would check on my order. I never heard back from him. After trying the chat and being frustrated with the wait time between responses I called while I was still in the chat. I was number 70 in the telephone cue and sat on hold for 1 hour and 22 minutes until I was in position 2 when the call disconnected. I called again later in the day and finally talked to a human that said there was an error and the order would ship immediately. The package arrived just in time for Christmas on 12-21-19 only to be short 2 items. I finally found a valid email address for them (they hide that REALLY well) and explained the error. They did ship the missing items and they arrived on 12-27-19. Quality is ok for the price and the kids think the buffs are neat. Customer service is horrible to try and contact. I’ll buy from someone else next time that I know I can easily contact if there is an issue.
Great prices. I ordered a 5 for $15 promo. The material for one of the five shields I ordered was delayed so my order took 18 days to be delivered. Customer Support can be a little hard to get a hold of at times but eventually was told why my order was taking so long.

I paid for the face masks and its been 30 days with a tracking #. My emails were not responded to. The customer service chat will not provide answers. This is a complete disgrace for a business.
Ordered a pair of Men’s swim trunks never was told that it was on backorder trying to get through the company was almost impossible got two different answers when I did get through will not be ordering through this company again no return phone calls were made after several messages
I saw their advertisement on Facebook. Other family members had purchased some face shields and said they were amazing. I ordered a pack and was very pleased with the items. They are fantastic for four-wheeling! They keep the dust off your face, and even protection from the sun. I ordered more for gifts I was so impressed!

Love the face masks for musical festivals.
I ordered $46 worth of masks and rings (6 of each). My payment was processed but I never received even a confirmation email much less any sort of tracking information about my purchase. I attempted contacting them almost 2 dozen times via email, Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger. Each time my comments were deleted (if public) or ignored (if private). It’s now been over 3 months with nothing
Decent looking product for the money. Worse customer service as in no response to questions about the status of an order made and when I can expect to receive my order.
Saw these advertised and have always wanted some. Ordered them on express delivery 3 days before we had to travel to an event and they made it before we had to leave. They called us a day before in inform me they rqn out of stock of one mask we requested

This company is a complete scam. Ordered face mask on April 4, 2020 and have yet to receive them. Was told that it would taken care of by May 1st, received tracking number that was for another customer in another state, even after Michael a manager told me he would be sure that it was taken care of. Spoke to him on May 1st and was given assurances that it would be corrected. Well it has not been. Sent him two text messages on May 1st as he told me to text or call. Also called and left him a message on May 4th and still nothing. They have taken my money and failed to do anything else except tell me lie are lie.

I ordered hats/face shields/arm shields on April 3. My account was immediately charged. On April 4 I received an email saying 10 day delay because of Covid. On April 13 I received an email saying 7-15 day delay because of Covid. On April 30 I received an email stating my package was on the way and had a DHL tracking number. Tracking said it was “En route to ecommerce facility” for a week. On May 7, the tracking number is no longer found through DHL. As a FedEx employee, this usually means an advance notice has been sent through ecommerce that a package will be sent, but then never does, so that tracking information is cancelled. I tried to contact Customer Service through their “Chat” service, which isn’t live chat at all, you just post a message that they ignore. They have no phone number to contact.
I have still not received my order as of May 20. Additionally, to whomever at bestlegitreviews could check, they are now rated “F” by the BBB, not a “C+” so it’d be great if you could update.
I was surprised how well the fleece face shields work keeping your face warm. I use the other face shields in the summer to keep sun and dirt off my face and have been pleasantly surprised how well they work.
Company is great with the specials they offer all the time. I have been very pleased with my purchases.
Found ad over Instagram always having amazing deals! I use them for many different activities from fishing to riding trails. Very useful against sun burn. their material stays tight to the head and is breathable.

Love my SA face shields. Use them every single day for a multitude of purposes and have yet to be let down and they still stand up to my daily routine after roughly 4 months or so of use. Looking to buy more right now.
LESSON LEARNED THE HARD WAY
I am going to chalk this experience with SA Company up to a hard lesson learned. From now on I will ALWAYS read the reviews of a company before doing any business with them. If I had spent a few minutes to read the horrible reviews of SA Company or the numerous complaints filed with the BBB, I would have saved myself a lot of frustration, wasted time and of course the money that they stole from me.
Hopefully this review will save someone else from becoming a victim to these scammers.
Good fit, a gave some out for gifts and kept some for myself, good bang for the buck.
I really I don’t have words…. after I placed my order 1 month ago and after 1 chat about it today the order arrived: 5 face shield only 1 was correct. After I was waiting for 10 o’clock ( when supposed to open the chat ) and I’ve been connected with them so my second chat.
There where already 11 people on the queue and after a while someone called Amy ( I don’t know if she was a real person ) start the chat with me. I mentioned my issued and she asked me that I could change the order with something else, but I supposed to choose between 14 shield the 4 wrong. I said to her that I just want my previous order and they supposed to put out of stock at the beginning of purchase or at least at the check out. She replied that they need 30 days plus for the shield and then she specified 30 + for them to arrived the shields. I mention to her more than ones, that I can wait another 40 days after that if I didn’t received anything just to give me the money back. So after 1 hour of all of this they put their customer service message which is also ” OUR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IS OUR ABSOLUTE HIGHEST PRIORITY”, she put me back in the queue ( 99 position ), that’s SO RUDE so in total today I spent 4 hour to try to adjust the situation AND I’m still try to speak with someone I’m the number 6th in queue since 40 mon. I got all screen shoots as a prof that I’m not lie about that.They always put an excuse about Covid19, looks to me they just want give you what they want take advantage on their customers. Rate 1 is to high to rate them. I spent a lot of time and I spent money that I will never get back. SUGGESTION: DON’T ORDER WITH THEM

They seem to have a nice product according to the pictures and a couple of the reviews I’ve seen.Were quick to process the order and charge my paypal account. Absolutely awful to responding on their chat window or emails. I’ve been trying to get info as when I can expect the arrival of my order. I’ve been on their chat window yesterday and today asking when to expect my order. I get a response back in 1-2 hours asking for the same info I’ve given them several times and they won’t give me any info on the status of my order. Finally I gave them 30 minutes to give me a response before I would leave a review. Over an hour later I still haven’t heard anything even though it says on their chat window that the response time is average 40 minutes. It’s now been over 2 hours since I sent my first message and still no response. I think they have a decent product for the money, but no customer service to back their product.

I placed an order on March 13. Received an email confirmation with a tracking number. Checked 10 days later the status by tracking it. Carrier is still awaiting package. So I called and was given a second tracking number and was told to wait 10 more days for it. I said ok. 10 more days pass. again tracking number shows same status. I called again and The response I got was it takes 10-20 days from the shipping date to be delivered. I said well if I can’t track it, how do I know it shipped. Response “I apologize for the inconvenience and you’d should receive it 10-20 days.” So since then I will wait till April 13 and if I don’t get anything by that date I will contact PayPal and ask for a full refund. So inconclussion, this company either has very slow shipping process or they just don’t care once they receive your money. Shipments from China get here faster than them.

I discovered these guys in a Facebook Ad. I couldn’t pass the promo deal up so I made an order. I received 5 face shields in total with various designs I picked out. I keep one in my backpack, one in my back pocket, one in my car, and the other two in my range bags. I’ve used them for several months now and have no complaints so far. I really appreciated having one on me during my city’s last snow. We don’t get snow very often so it was nice to have some face protection while I walked through the city to get to work. They cover the ears well on cold mornings too. I play a lot of paintball during the summer so I can’t wait to see how well they will keep paint out of my beard under my mask. I’ve recommended these guys to all of my friends and family. Can’t wait to get another set of designs!

I ordered two hats and four face shields as part of a promotion that was going on. I spent 17$ on shipping for a very small package to arrive which only had one of the hats in it. (Face shields were present). The hat was crammed into the box distorting the shape and ultimately destroying it. This was beyond frustrating to not only get an incomplete order but one that I couldn’t even give as a gift as I originally intended it to be.
Next, I tried to contact the company, which for some reason, the phones don’t work. Therefore I resorted to sending two emails weeks ago. I have yet to hear back when the policy says there should be a response in up to 48 hours. Additionally I tried to speak with someone via chat which couldn’t be much help. She first informed me that return labels are not provided for the hats. However upon reading your return policy which states “SA company only offered USPS return labels on domestic returns only”. Which I apply because I am in Hollywood which is basically down the street. She finally advised me that a return shipping label could be emailed to me to return the products so I can get a refund. She stated I would get an email in 24-48 hours. It has been over that time and still no response from your team. Eventually the women in the chat stopped responding to my questions all together inquiring about refunds.
Disappointing isn’t a great enough adjective to describe my feelings about this entire process. I got an incomplete order, a destroyed hat, and lack of “valued customer service”. It has been the worst $70 I’ve ever spent.
I have now initiated a dispute with my credit card company and the better business bureau. If you don’t believe my review go look at all the disputes on BBB and the customers say the exact same thing as I am.
This company is fraudulent and the most disappointing outcome I’ve ever experienced.

Bad customer service: This morning I’ve logged in and gone to the live chat prompt to check on my order that was placed in mid-April. I was initially at 100 something in the queue and progressed all the way down to number 24 before I was abruptly disconnected and booted back down to number 204 in the queue. This is ridiculous I’ve been attempting to get in touch with this company for the last couple of weeks to find out when my order will come in with no success what so ever. I recommend you seek other businesses to buy from SA Fishing is terrible and if I could get in touch with them I would demand a refund (but you know how that would go). DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY.

I ordered on 4/17. I get that there is a crisis right now. I wanted to give my money to an American company. They wasted no time in taking my money. I have yet to receive the product. When trying to use their “Chat Now” feature two weeks ago to get an update, I waited a couple of hours and was told that my order would ship on 5/11. I followed up again on 5/12 because I didn’t have tracking. Waited another 2 hours and was told that my order contained items that were no longer in stock. I was offered the opportunity to change my order to stock material and it would ship in 2 days. I changed under that agreement. I tried following up again on 5/14 and 5/15. Waiting hours only to get kicked off when I was “next in line”. Today, after receiving a generic “update” email regarding the chat now feature, I logged on again to check on the status of my order. I’ve been waiting over 5 freaking HOURS to get an update on an order that this company has my money for. You would think this company would be EMBARRASSED by these accounts, but instead, they are on this site flagging comments instead of giving people information on their orders. Despicable. Meanwhile, I had ordered from another company after I placed this order for (1) gaiter, to find out the company was in China. Yeah … I have that product now. Absolutely embarrassing that this is the level of service coming from an American company in the middle of this pandemic.
Let’s see… you cannot speak to customer service. There is no way to get in touch with them. The click here to be taken to live chat button is a joke. Still don’t have the product but the credit card was charged lickety split. They send out emails telling you how hard they are working and how important customer service is to them… so cute. Should have known, it was a FL company, I live in FL, no way should you do business with a FL company. They got way in over their head thinking they were going to make some serious bank on the virus. Do not send them your money.
Waited nearly a month for my order. Upon receipt I find there is one missing AND all designs were substituted. Not a single one was remotely similar to what I ordered. I have been trying to get through in the “live chat” for two days for hours on end. All I get is the alternating two automated massages and remain in queue at 99. Absolutely terrible!

After reading reviews at multiple places including the BBB issues, I am going to leave my review….and leave it be. SA company, is bulls#!t. A month for 8 items to show up and have only 1 of them right. AND, missing one entirely. Given that when I ordered the items (8face shields, and a sticker) it was listed on their website that all orders shipped within 2-5 days, and all of my choices were in stock, this is entirely unacceptable. If I put anymore energy into this, I’d be allowing them to impact my life negatively further. Take it for what it is, but I will never have anything good to say about this company.

Placed an order in May 2018. Finally received half of what I ordered mid June of 2018. No email or notification that the other items were on back order. Contacted SA by chat several times and finally made a phone call mid July 2018. I was told the items would be out in eight days. Well, It’s August 9th, 2018 and NOTHING. Guess I’ll try HUK.

Avoid at all costs. Placed and order and did not receive items that I paid for. The part of my order that I did receive was all wrong. The only way to get in touch with customer service is thru chat, 4 days now and cannot get a response. After hours in queue they join and then disconnect. They claim that due to COVID 19 they sent what they have to keep you safe and if you are not satisfied to contact them and they will make it right yet you cannot contact them. If you look at their BBB rating, the issue with not shipping what you ordered or delays in shipping have been going on for years. Wish I had done more research prior to ordering.
Almost 3 months and nothing……
I placed an order (Order#4303833) with your company. My order was shipped on April 17 (see Packing Slip Order #1897388.000). I received the order and found it incomplete and incorrect. I received both straw hats I ordered. I did not receive the SA-30270 Hunter Digital Bucket Hat. All of the face shields I received were incorrect.
Then my adventure with your customer service began. I noted the customer service phone line was disconnected. I then went through the chat process where I waited for four hours the first day and then was cut off. I tried again the next day as soon as the chat was available the next morning and I waited for three and a half hours and then I was cutoff. I tried again a week later and faced the same issues. I opened chats in four different browsers and finally reached a customer service agent “Erik” who typed “how may I help you” and then left the chat. I went through the queue again which took three hours and was cutoff again. I went through the queue again and was cutoff.
I have yet to have my concerns even addressed. I want a refund or the correct order and I will never deal with this company again.
I am so completely and utterly disappointed in my most recent order. I have tried multiple times to get in contact with customer service or anyone really. I called the phone number and it states, “We are closed” yet all business hours posted everywhere clearly state they are open. I tried to live chat FOUR different times, at varying times a day. I waited on livechat over an hour each time. Only twice did my “Queue Position” move and when I finally reached 62 it disconnected me. The second time, same thing my position was 33 and it said disconnected. When it reconnected my “Queue Position” reset to 99. I have sent several FB messages with no response. Then you post on your FB that you have hired additional customer service staff to assist, that’s a slap in the face because 4 days now I’ve tried to get someone to provide customer service to me. I ordered 9 different masks on April 9th, patiently waited 11 days to have them shipped and didn’t received them until April 25th, only to find out they weren’t the masks I selected. They included a nice note though, “Not the design you chose, but the safety you need.” I didn’t order these masks for COVID-19, I ordered them because my wife has asthma but works construction and these are easier for her to breath in. I ordered them because I used to love your company and regularly ordered every 3-4 months. Our masks were starting to wear out so I was just placing my regular order. I was not upset about waiting as I understand there is currently high demand but I was not expecting to wait only to not receive the masks I selected. I am beyond dissatisfied and hope someone reaches out to me to fix this issue.

Placed an order on 4/2/2020. As of today 5/2/2020 I have not received my order. I’ve tried calling the company and nobody answers the phones. I’ve emailed customer service and got no replies. I’ve tried to live chat and nobody responds. I filed a dispute with my bank for the money back and never received money back or my items that I ordered. This company needs to be shut down. They have horrible customer service. From looking at the report on BBB it seems this is a long going issue with this company. On 4/19/2020 I got an email saying my item was shipping the following day and that I’d receive a tracking number. Still have not received anything.

Hello Matthew, Thank you for the support and to wash them you can put them in the the washer and you can air dry them as well but I would suggest putting the setting on low or in a delicates bag to wash and you can use the dryer as well but with the lowest setting but I would recommend keeping an eye on them as well
I ordered 5 face shields on April 3rd and no where did it express a delay in shipment. After a few days I received an email saying there will be a 7-15 day delay. I was fine with it knowing the reason why. However, without any contact after 13th or 14th day I tried to cancel the order but was unable to, since the website would not let me contact them in any way. I emailed them twice to 2 different emails with no response. On the 15th day, April 18th, I received another email stating the DHL tracking number stating it left their facility on April 18th. I was like cool it little later that expected but no biggie. I waited and kept checking the tracking link it stating it would arrive on April 30th. However, when I went directly to the DHL website the tracking number they gave me did no show up. I was left without any recourse, unable to cancel and stating it was on its way I was just stuck to waiting on it hoping it was worth it. Well I just received the package on April 30th but only 2 of the 5 face shields are correct. I have waited on the live chat over an hour waiting on someone without a response.
So in other words I DO NOT recommend.

I placed an order on 4/6/2020. Got a confirmation mail, and a email the next day stating a 7 to 14 day delay a month later i recieved an email saying package on its way. Checked tracking and it still has not been shipped. The company had no customer service available by phone. The website recommended the live chat. That was a complete joke. I spent hours waiting for a response and when i finally got one it was a pre typed message. I have asked for a full refund through the live chat for what that is worth. Still no response from the company. I understand things are moving slow due to covid. But this is not acceptable. This was my first and last order. I will never buy anything from this company and strongly recommend that no else does either. Next step is to contact BBB and file a formal complaint. This company is a total scam and will take your and not send the product you order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.

I live about 25 miles from this company’s office. I like to support local businesses so I placed an online order for 5 of their advertised in stock products. The order took over 3 weeks to ship. When it arrived I was shocked to see that they sent me 5 completely different items then what I ordered. Worse, sending the wrong product was intentional, the order came with a card saying they knowingly sent me the wrong product. Picture attached. Worse still they won’t fix the issue. Their phone center is not taking phone calls, their live chat always says it has 99 people in queue in front of you and they do not return emails either. After I posted this review on another site someone purporting to be a manager called me and said they had the correct products I ordered in stock and would send them that day and send me a tracking number; they never did either. Don’t fall victim to this scam.

Overall I am satisfied with the purchase. I needed them for a festival to keep the dust and everything else in the air out of directly inhaling. The price was great. I found them off of an instagram add I believe and they were worth the money. Had one stolen because how nice it was I guess. But they were kinda thin which was a downside i think. i would have like at least an option for a thicker one in order to stay warm when you need them for that.

I ordered from this company and when my items arrived NONE of the styles I chose were sent. I have spent 5 days trying to contact this company to no avail. they only have one option, the live chat but when I start a thread there is no response.
Placed an order on April 1st. Received on April 23rd. Only 1 face shield was correct. Contacted via LIVE CHAT after waiting 90 minutes and was told they could send over with another 3 week delay or refund money. I opted for refund and was told 3-5 days. On May 11 I contacted LIVE CHAT again and waited 3 hours only to have representative say she would check with supervisor and get back to me. Still nothing to date! Left two negative reviews on TRUSTPILOT and heard back from them saying they wanted to resolve issue, yet despite me providing information again, nothing has been resolved. Just waited on LIVE CHAT again for over an hour before posting here. STAY AWAY from these guys.

Horrible horrible customer service. No email provided to write them. Live chat doesn’t work they never respond. Phone number goes straight to voicemail, can never talk to a real person. Two of my face shields were wrong in my order and I can’t get a hold of anyone for an exchange, return or refund. I tried messaging them through Instagram also and still no response!!!!!
Shop elsewhere for face shields. If I could leave negative stars I would. I ordered their 5 pack special, expecting a delay due to Covid 19. 2 weeks later I received an email stating the package was on its way to DHL for shipping, the tracking never updated past that point. 2 weeks after that I got on their online chat, after waiting 2+ hours on their chat with the assurance customer satisfaction is their number 1 priority I was told they could do nothing for 10 business days and to wait until the following Monday and they would send out a new package. Monday rolls around and another 4 hours waiting on their chat, the guy tells me “wait till the end of the week, DHL doesn’t update tracking the shields will arrive.” Totally blowing me off. I filed with PayPal’s resolution center and now PayPal is waiting for a response…it’s been a week and nothing so far from this pathetic “grab-your-money-and-run company. Avoid at all costs!!!

I have had a great experience with SA masks. I used them all this winter for hunting and just being outside and they work great!
I ordered 5 masks and all 5 had different designs. When I finally got my order 6 weeks later, They sent me 5 masks that was completely different then what I ordered. 3 were the same design and the other 2 were the same design. I cannot get a hold of anyone that works there. I have left my email and messages with no response. I will not be doing any business with this company from here on out.

Needed face shields from my husband, a UPS driver, to wear to work. After looking at multiple sites, went with SA Fishing since they showed certain “work acceptable” masks in stock. After a few weeks they final came in, and not a single item was what we had ordered. In the package was a slip saying something along the lines of “sent these in place of the items ordered to keep you safe. If you are unhappy with the items received please contact us and we’ll make it right”. Okay, so I kind of get what they are trying to do, but I think they are taking advantage of their customers. First off, why would I have to waist my time to contact their customer service to get what I original ordered when they knowingly sent the wrong times. Secondly, the items they sent were nothing like what we ordered. Two of the shields where pink and orange (not that there is anything wrong with a guy wearing these colors, but my husband didn’t want to wear them to work). There was also a joker face and a gas mask print, not very professional. Lastly, their customer services is a joke. I originally tried to do a online chat using my cell phone (since hold time on the phone was hours), once I started the chat it said I had to keep the window open to not loose my place. Ok sure, however I was #99 in the que. Then I got out my laptop and started the chat on May 16th. Got a reply on the 21st that said “Due to the high and urgent demand, we sent you a replacement design for your immediate safety. Obviously if you are not satisfied we will make it right, in the mean time we just want you to be safe with some kind of protection. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience. However , you may choose from the current available designs, it will be shipped within the next 3-5 days business.” Ummm I’m not satisfied, that’s why I started the chat. My original request was for a refund, I don’t want more masks that are still not the items I ordered. They are hiding behind “safety” and preying on customers. The ONLY reason they ever got our business is by lying about what products are in stock. Oh, and a side note, these face shields are very thin. You can blow thru them and easily blow out a candle. Not doing much, except keeping you from getting a ticket for not wearing a mask in public.
I wish Zero Stars was an option here. 20+ years of using the internet for goods and services and this was easily the worst, most aggravating experience. After waiting 3 weeks they canceled my order without notifying me or issuing a refund, then expected me to wait 3 more weeks for them to fix THEIR mistake. Then after being promised a refund from someone in their livechat, Surprise Surprise, It never came. I had to file a paypal claim, Then they decided to ship my items(even though they promised a refund at this point) that they said it would take another 3 weeks to get. They finally show up and They’re Made In China garbage. Hahahaha. Thankfully I found a much better U.S. company that actually sells gaiters made in the U.S.

SA Fishing Company/ SA Gear/ Alpha Defense Co is a complete joke of a company. My wife and I placed an order on 04/03/2020. Have yet to receive a tracking number for our package. Have tried chat where we keep getting kicked out of it when we are finally able to chat with a customer service rep all you get are automated responses and lies from the customer service rep. Took a week to find out our order was delayed due to items being out of stock. Now, they are shipping mystery shields and the ones they do have. Company also claims to be veteran operated which after my experience with them I highly doubt as the customer service reps are very rude and disrespectful. Today, my wife was told the reason for the delay which was the out of stock items. They claimed to have emailed and no email was ever received. They have also said they will be shipping out our package tomorrow and we should receive it by Thursday or Friday. We shall see. I know I will not be using this company any longer. I’m in the customer service industry myself as an apartment maintenance technician and would never treat one of my customers/ residents as this company has us.
I placed an order March 20 and I still have not received information that the order has shipped or a tracking number. I have an order number and the money was taken from my account. I have tried to contact the company via chat as instructed by their website to no avail. I am VERY disappointed, I understand that items may be delayed due to COVID and the current New life we all have but 60 days and NO RESPONSE is ridiculous. I will never order from or recommend this company again. It looks like yet another Instagram fake company taking advantage of people during a scary time.

I have been waiting for my order for over 20 days now. I starting to think this is a scam. I have looked on their website and the LONGEST is 7 days delivery. They did not hesitate to take money out of my account, but they are in no rush to get the apparel to me that I paid for. Just deliver the items that I paid for…or give me a refund. Either way it is a bad review. I tried calling just to get a machine, which is no help. looked for a way to “actually” track my package… No help again, and I cannot get on via web chat because that is down as well. All in all, just terrible. Do not buy from SA Company!!!!!
I love my face shields. The are so versatile from covering my face to just holding my hair back out of my face like a headband would. I have them in several colors and designs.

Placed an order on 4/8/2020 but never received an email confirmation. On 4/10/2020 my credit card was charged. Never received any emails for order or shipping. I checked my junk/spam folders. I tried twice to contact them via their “chat” option and was 99 in que. No one ever responded. I will be contacting my bank to advise of this fraudulent charge and to request my money back.
I placed an order on 4/20/2020, it has currently been 28 days since purchase. They did charge my card and have my money, but they have not shipped my order and they have not responded to any communication from me. I have spend hours at a time multiple days trying to get them to answer me on their only contact option to through a “live chat” and they will not answer me at all. I would recommend avoiding this company if you want to get what you paid for.

The order arrived quickly. The shields were as we ordered. They work as I intended them to, as I wear em for motorcycle riding. Don’t know how they’ll hold up. I don’t wear them every time I ride, so I hav only had to wash 2 or 3 times. They have maintained their elasticity and haven’t faded yet.

SA Fishing/Company blows. Ordered face shields in March. DHL has them as out with the local USPS for delivery. Freaking NO ONE wants to help and the “Live Chat” is worth shit. Would not ever recommend this company to anyone for anything.
