People would want at least 7 days minimum to go through with this tedious process. Aside from that, the La-z-boy.com also charges a 30% restocking fee on most of their items when returned. Very poor product…14 month old leather chair and color coming off chair in sheets…avoid product at all cost…my chair was a $2100.00 Oscar recliner.
Don’t rely on Lazy Boy customer service. New LEATHER recliner purchased in January 2020. We travel extensively so recliner not used many months of year. Just arrived home Feb 2021. Thus recliner out of warranty by a month. Leather is peeling off the surface. They will repair but after service charges, new leather, and labor which will amount to several hundred dollars. So disappointed in quality and service. No more Lazy Boy in this household.
Not your fathers La-z-boy. Recliners lasted less than 3 years before shattering the cheap plastic gears. Padding sags and they are now almost impossible to sit in comfortably even before the power mechanism. Now if I want the gears repaired I have to make a 180 mile trip to deliver them to the repair facility because the local store won’t do anything. We also bought a “leather” sofa and the plastic trim is cracking. I wish I had read user reviews before buying as most are negative. Another formerly great American company that no longer is.
Theft By Deception,I purchased a couch and two swivel chairs ,5899.99 an hour after delivery I sat on the couch and springs were squeaky and legs were wabaly,Also the swivel chairs were tilted.forward and fabric on all three.peice is already wrinkled.The three day return policy does not apply to.special orders.I filed.a.complaint with BBB and Will post on social media and our local news paper . “Theft By Deception”DO NOT BUY FROM LAZY BOY.!
I purchased a couch and two swivel chairs,total 5,909.99 an hour after delivery i sat on the furniture,the springs in the couch sqeek,center cushion dropped down ,the swivel rockers are tilted forward,and the fabric after one sitting is all bunched up.They told me since its a special order you will have to call a tech to come out and fix it,Are you kidding me .I prepaid for this order and you delivered Damaged and poor quality furniture ,and the three day return policy.does.not apply to special Orders.I filed with Better Business Bureau Immediately and have called corporate numerous times with no reply.Do Not BUY FROM LAZY BOY.I WIll Call News Media,and file a police report.This is “Theft By Deception”
never buy a kazybiy leather product..they do not use true leather and yr couch vwill peep
Ordered and paid for a couch in August 2020. The couch cost me $3,000! I’ve paid my credit card — so, I’m fully out the money. It’s now mid-October (8 weeks later), and there’s zero update as to when it will arrive. I emailed the salesman to either cancel or tell me when it will get here. I would like to have a couch or my $3,000 back — one or the other. Well, they’re unwilling to do either because it was a custom order that has already gone into the system.
I’ll tell you one thing. If this couch ever arrives and if there is even one stitch out of place it’s going straight back. I’m very disappointed in them.
Get your money back now,because once they deliver it ,let me put it to you this way once they bring it in your home even if it’s damaged,Fabric bunches when you sit,in my case the springs on the couch are making noise when you sit and sinking.They will NOT Return your money ,immediately you have to call the warranty company to send a tech to fix your New Furniture .I paid 6,00.00 for couch and two chairs.and they are all structurally damaged and poor quality ,it’s not what you sa t on in the store.I only had the furniture for three hours and they told me to call warranty company they will fix and that I can go Ahead and enjoy/sit on my furniture.Who can sit on it? I want my money back.So I called the BBB .and will.post on every media site Byer Beware!.Theft by Deception! You should call.corporate and get your money back.
I had Lancer PWR Laz boy sofa and love seat back in 2015. At that time the couch we sat on in the store was very firm all over. We decided to purchased it, but ordered it in a different color. Since we received it we have not been comfortable on it. We couldn’t figure out why. We finally realized the couch wasn’t stuffed like it was in the store.
We should have complained about that,but we try to brush it off. My husband and I have not had one day when we sit on it that we are so uncomfortable. Besides that, when the foot rest comes up the staples were coming out and it now had hurt two of my grandchildren. I had bought a couch in their store 10 yrs ago and passed it on to my sister. That is the reason we decided to go back and purchased from Laz boy again. So here we are with a couch we hate, They still are using it, sorry I gave it away. Not sure if It was the name of the company Lancer or what place had to make our order with a new color. TWO MANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS COUCH…Don’t they make furniture like they did years ago!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM LAZY-BOY Furniture,Theft by Deception,sent defective furniture ,springs on couch squeaking,swivel.chairs tilted.forward and fabric on all peices bunched up after you sit on it once.I paid 6,000.00 for this furniture,they have a three day return policy which does.not apply to.special orders.HeLP!
