After searching for negatives about Tirebuyer.com, what I found is that they do have return shipping fees. As mentioned earlier this is only for orders shipped to your home. Items shipped to an approved Tirebuyer installer can always be returned for free. If there is not a TireBuyer installer in your area, it can be a bit of a hassle. It would be smart to check in your area for TireBuyer approved installers during checkout, although it would only be relevant to a few customers.

Terrible service NOT LEGIT ! RIP OFF ALERT !!!!
This company has a long history of sending you either defective or the wrong size tires and when you try to contact them they will not send any paper work or respond to you forcing you past their 30 day return and then deny any refunds or exchanges. This company has bad reviews do not do business with these folks. They will take your money and run no customer service !
Just wanted to throw out another experience for those who are reading…I ordered from TireBuyer on 11/30/2016, got a killer deal along with another online rebate with a coupon code, and they were delivered to the shop that installed them in less than 24 hours. This is my only experience but I’m definitely going to give them my business in the future if this indicative of the service they provide.
With that said, I have only dealt with them this one time and I have not needed to use their customer service or return/exchange policy, so I can’t comment on that. Just wanted to mention my positive experience here.

For those out there that were like me who did not want to make such a big purchase online…NO WORRIES!! They not only shocked me with less than 5 days delivery..my tires were delivered in 3 DAYS!!!!! WOW!! That says it all for TIRE BUYER…They get 5 STARS from me!! The guarantee everything..If you do not like your tires…NO WORRIES..they will send them back and you can get something different or get a refund..How is that for a true blue company??? I wish more companies locally were like this..
