advertised 4-8 day shipping which is totally misrepresented. After not receiving my filters in 8 days they told me that they themselves do not stock the filters and my order is on back order with an unknown shipping date.
Sells counterfeit refrigerator water/air filters online. Claims items are OEM but just selling cheap Chinese copies. Do not trust!
Very poor customer service . Not sure I would trust their warranty policy . Great marketing but their products seem to be sub par.
I have a Kenmore Elite refrigerator and this morning my ice maker stopped working after much research I determined that it was the faulty water filter. I purchased from Discountfilter.com . I have noticed after 4 to 6 weeks the water slows so much that water trickles out of water dispenser. Now that it happen to icemaker. These filters just don’t work. Don’t waste your money.
