The majority of feedback that I have read on this and other sites regarding HerbsPro have been absolutely horrible. I wouldn’t consider going to this site for anything. I also can’t find any positive feedback out them.
1. Poor notification of when items ship. 2. Half of order not shipped; other half cancelled no explanation. 3. Item shipped was not as described “Dental chewing gum” was not a gum but a hard candy. Very misleading. 4. They offered 10% discount & free shipping email with no disclaimers, but only when order placed do I find out it didn’t apply. Very dishonest. 5. Impossible to talk to someone. Tried over several days & over a week but message said no one was available.
I placed an order with this scammed website on December 1st… as of right now nothing was received (December 19th), they are not answering phone calls, not returning emails… Please avoid this website/store!!!
HerbsPro somehow got hold of my credit card number; then illegally charged me $40.06. These people are crooks. They do not answer their phone number; it just plays ‘music’ all the time. Stay away from this site! Never order a thing from them. They are thieves! I am going to fight this through my credit card company’ and I will never pay them a cent.
They’ve sent backorder email a week after the order was placed.
It would take many paragraphs to details all the problems in dealing with this company. In short, AVOID.
My money exact experience!!! They take your money and stall for 3 weeks and finally tell you the product is back ordered. They will never contact you. You have to all the legwork to find out what is going on. Best thing to do is call PayPal and reverse charges. The worst part is when they sell your email address and you send me up with hundreds of crap emails in your inbox….. stay away from this shit company…… it must be run by democrats!!!

They charge you for items they don’t have in stock! Send you a email that it was processed’ making you believe that they have the product and shipped (allowing 2-3 to go out) been waiting almost 2 weeks and nothing!!! I called and couldn’t get through 5 times’ was told to leave a message! Finally got through after 40 minutes only to reach a guy telling me that my items would be shipped in 3 days?!? WTF!!! He tells me that they don’t have the product in stock and are waiting to receive it’ so pissed because they charged me and never called or sent me a email stating any of this!!! The worst experience!!!

I couldn’t agree more, Herbspro are the worst company that I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. I was due a refund that I’ve never been paid, their phone staff are hopeless and they don’t reply to emails. WARNING: Stay away from this shoddy lot!
I placed an order with Herbspro on November 6, 2019. I never received my order and emailed them about it. They replied and said that they had sent me a delay email but I never received such an email. They sent me links in the order confirmation email but the links did not work. I couldn’t access my online Herbspro account. I have changed my password twice and I still cannot access my account. I sent several emails about these problems and no one responded. Something is very wrong here. Check out all of the bad reviews online. It has been 2 weeks and they just ignore my requests. Customer service is horrible, I can’t access my account, they do not respond to my concerns and I have not received my order. Lucky for me I used PayPal to make this purchase. I filed a complaint with PayPal and within 2 days I received a full refund. Several days after that Herbspro finally responded to one of my old emails saying they had canceled my order and sent me a refund. They had no choice. I will never do business with this company again and I urge anyone to think twice before placing an order with them. Believe the bad reviews.
