Petbucket.com is a top provider of pet flea, tick, and worming treatments.
They are able to provide the pet owners with the best deals possible through direct sourcing from manufacturers around the world.
Petbucket.com has a quality guarantee and a great return policy on all their products.
They offer free international shipping on all orders over $20 which is a great benefit of buying from them.
They also have the lowest price guarantee which is at 105% according to the Petbucket.com website.

Cons: PetBucket Review
After searching high and low for negatives about Pet Bucket, there was only a minor drawback.
This drawback is that international shipping is not free until you spend $20.
That being said, the majority of orders cost more than the $20 amount, so it doesn’t apply to the majority of customers.
Petbucket.com will also pay up to 5% of the product price in return shipping costs if you return it, which is a huge plus.
Most companies will not pay any return shipping fees at all and must be covered by the customer.

I’ve ordered several prescription flea and tick medications from PetBucket in the past six months. In two out of three instances, they’ve shipped a generic brand, yet charged me for the name brand. I’m still waiting for my account to be credited. I think I’ll stick with my over-priced vet office’s Rx. At least I’ll know what I’m paying for.
We order from here as they have great service and lower prices. Our order arrive quickly and correctly.
Have used Pet Bucket a number of times and found them to be a reliable business. In addition, when I needed to cancel a recurring delivery I had no problem receiving a full refund ever after receiving notice that item was being shipped.
I should have read this before I ordered (15 min ago). Via chat I asked how long shipping to the US takes. The response: 10 – 25 business days or… up to seven weeks.
I asked them to cancel the order. They said OK an that they would update me when it goes through. Fingers crossed
good luck on your cancellation I have tried to cancel and was told it was shipped and they could not cancel because it was already shipped the vary next day
Finally received my order and everything was good. Got my credit card statement and was surprised that it was not billed to PetBucket but Hong Kong. Thought I was ordering it from the UK, what a shock!!!
Update, last notification was on Dec. 9th stating that item had departed Singapore. No response from Pet Bucket either here or on my email. If I order from them again I will be sure to make it months in advance.
Placed my order on November 30th with and expected 10 day delivery. Thought that it was coming from the UK. Got and email on the 30th that the order had been received in Singapore and have not had an update since. It is being handled through DHL so not sure where the problem is.
I placed an order with pet bucket over 40 days ago, and I still have not received my product. I have contacted them several times, they keep telling me it’s on the way. Tomorrow I’m supposed to be able to request a refund. Let’s see how long it takes him to get me my refund. I would never order from them again

I have been using Petbucket for a while now and have been extremely pleased. With 4 dogs and 4 cats, the cost for flea, tick and heartworm treatment for all of them can be somewhat overwhelming. Petbucket makes it much more affordable. I am also able to set my orders up on auto delivery, so I don’t have to remember when I need to order. Petbucket just notifies me when it is getting close to the time they will be shipping and if I need to make any changes I have plenty of time to do so before they ship my order.
I always have enough in my order to get free shipping, which is a plus.

I can assure you though that our prices (whether in USD or AUD) are still the lowest you’ll find online, and despite the currency mix-up, I’m glad you were happy with the product you received.

I’ve been a happy PetBucket customer for many years. I recently had a problem that was addressed and replacement received. As a small home breeder or rare and hard to find kittens/cats, I refer my customers all the time. I’ve never had a problem that wasn’t resolved and their discounts cannot be matched anywhere.

I’ve been ordering from Petbucket for years. Have never found a lower price. Being that I have multiple dogs of my own plus foster dogs for a rescue, I use quite a bit of medications so need to watch the pricing.

Easy to order, shipping and awesome prices.
I have ordered through the pet bucket website for the last few years and always received good service. The prices are v good, I paid $38 a cat’s seresto flea collar whereas I was paying nearly double that when I was buying on ebay. You do have to wait around 10 days to get your collar but it’s worth it when you save that much.
