They hold a massive inventory of parts, with millions of items to aid in the repair for all major brands and appliances. They have customer service open 7 days a week, although the hours are limited.

Looking at the drawbacks for SearPartsDirect, I found two things that stood out. First off, customer service is not open 24 hours a day. That means if you are in the middle of a project and need a part to continue, you will have to wait until the next day before you can order. While this is a bit of a hassle, it is nice to know that Sears Parts Direct is open 7 days a week. You may also find that the specific part you need is not in their inventory. Although this is highly unlikely, it makes sense that Sears Parts Direct wouldn’t have absolutely every single piece needed for repairs.

Searspartsdirect sold me a part that they said was in stock, only to find out they don’t have the part and it’s discontinued! When they sent me a refund it was $13.00 less than they charged me. I called customer service aka: joke service, and was kept on hold for 26 mins. before I hung up. This by far the worst company I have ever dealt with!!!
You’re running a bogus site….spd is one of the worst online parts suppliers. Their website is great, but they lie about “in stock” items. Then, when questioned about it, they blocked me from seeing my order history.
This company is a joke, they will sell you a part “in stock” then weeks later after you call them for an update tell you the part is no longer available. I have been living out of a cooler for 12 days waiting for a refrigerator part only to find out I was sold a non existing part! They will never see my business again. Customers Beware
