The only negative aspect mentioned in the TireRack.com reviews is that often times only in-stock merchandise is eligible for promotions. The product must be ordered and shipped within the qualifying promotional dates as well. If you happen to select a product that is on backorder, you may not qualify for a promotion. However, some exceptions do apply and you may be able to qualify for a promotion in certain cases.
